There were no amenities so really can't rate that. Everything would have been great but the people next door lived at the hotel and had a dog that barked all day long

A great room for the price. The manager was very friendly and I felt secure as it is in a nice area. I would book the room again.

Very easy to get too. Very friendly staff.

Owner was fabulous. Left behind a suitcase. He tried to contact me, but we were unable to return. He went to a delivery store with our suitcase, called us, and let us work it the delivery. He went above and beyond what I would have expected.

A king size bed with just two small pillows. convenient location for shopping. Yes I would use this location again. Nice people

Room was clean. Decor was dated. Wifi was not working. Minor things that can be fixed. Reasonable price considering the College World Series was going on.

This is perfect if you’re looking to save some cash and you’re traveling solo or maybe with a buddy. I would not bring a romantic partner here. The guy working the front desk was so nice, kind, and easy going. Zero issues with check-in. It’s not a 5-star mansion by any means; however, the bathroom was CLEAN and the room itself was clean too. I would stay again with no hesitation if I was short on cash.

Crumbs were on top of one of the beds when we arrived and crumbs under the sink. Refrigerator & microwave both showed signs of rust. On the plus side, stay was very quiet

Friendly stuff. Good location. Dirt, mold and food leftovers from previous guests.
