Hampton Inn Chattanooga - North/Ooltewah

Beds were very comfortable and very clean rooms. Breakfast could have been better.

The staff were incredible helpful and nice. The first room we were given, the door would not latch closed. They came right up and since it could be repaired immediately, they gave a new room. This was our second stay. This hotel is very convenient to the highway. We were passing through and would absolutely stay here again if the need arises.

Great stay in Chattanooga.

The breakfast was great, as usual. We really enjoyed the pool. The towels are easily accessible in the pool area. Parking was easy. Everyone on staff was friendly. Genia was especially friendly and helpful. Every time we saw her she would ask about our stay and/or how our day had been.

Great place, huge room, amazing quality stay. Yes it's outside the city but for the price, you can't beat it.

The room wasn't great. It was so humid in the room, No matter what we tried we couldn't improve the situation. The carpet was wet, the bedding felt wet. We put towels on the floor to walk on. Our clothes and hair became damp. The hallway was very humid as well. We finally decided to just check out and leave at 1:30 am. When I told the morning staff about it, they just said, yes we've been having a humidity issue. Why didn't you tell me this before I checked in? I was there with my 83 yr old mother and she could of easily slipped on the uncarpeted Damp floors. I was disappointed about the whole situation.

Good location, kind staff, clean and nice, good value, breakfast was good with a lot of options, beds were comfortable no real complaints, but I think the main thing was that the lobby and dining area for breakfast were insanely cold, to the point that my 2 year old was physically shivering and I had goosebumps all over.

I recommend having a 2inch foam topped on hand for such instances. They are easy to store in resealable vacuum pack bags.

Everything was nice. The breakfast is always good at Hampton.

overall, we had a very nice stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly, the room and hotel spaces were clean and the breakfast was quite good. No problems and no issues.

Our room was clean, comfortable and in good repair. Unfortunately we had to get on the road before breakfast began so I can’t offer any opinions on that, but we were overall very pleased with our stay.
