The front desk clerk he was very friendly. The nasty hotel room there was mold on the toilet seat I had to go and buy toilet seat covers. There was mold on the bathroom wall. There was some kind of brown liquid that had been drifting down the bathroom door. The vanity light did not even work so we can turn the light on when we need to wash your hands or brush your teeth or anything. The rooms looked messing like what they look like on Booking.com.

The hotel does not provide the complimentary breakfast that was advertised on its website. The towels were torn, the furniture was old and damaged, and the room had flies. Hotel is easy to access, breakfast isn't really existent, but works if you aren't a breakfast person. I appreciate that the staff was helpful but not obtrusive.

Old, run down. No breakfast

Location. Price is reasonable. No breakfast. Been staying here for years and it is beginning to look very run down. Having no breakfast is becoming a major factor for me.

However, this is a Super 8 rifgt off the interstate and not the Ritz-Carlton. The mattresses and sheets were new. The towels were clean. There is a fridge and microwave in the room. There's a desk with chair and an extra recliner chair in the room. The flat screen TV works. There is a breakfast that consists of coffee, juice, and danishes. There is ample parking. We also never felt unsafe. The staff were all extremely polite, courteous, helpful, professional, and respectful. It's obvious that they work hard and do what they can to accommodate all guests. From my perspective there is heavy traffic at the motel, and the staff does their best to keep up. I think corporate could probably do more to assist with the upkeep of the property. It was not filthy by any means, but it is fairly obvious that this is an older property. However, for the price and location this is an ideal place to stay. I'd feel comfortable recommending this property to anyone.

Water was leaking, dripping behind the wall. The bathroom ceiling had stains. The bed covers had obvious stains, as well as the sheets. There was debris, dead bugs all around the base of the walls next to and behind the beds.

Conveniently located near freeway Room smelled like urine. Toilet was not seated to floor, and the bathtub was dirty, carpet was dirty. One of the worst motel’s I’ve ever been in. Will not ever stay in one again.

I had driven for 11 hours and was exhausted. Made a reservation for the wrong day. The front desk person Alex tried to assist me. Aftee a few moments the problem was resolved.

There was a crack pipe in the chair and dirty socks under the bed.
