The room was nice and clean, bed was comfy! Beware of the toilet flushes, heard them flush all day and night! Staff was great and the cookies were good!

First off, the pictures on Hotels. Com had to be taken when this place was first built or the photos were touched up. This was not the same place that I booked. On a good note, the staff was very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was very good, it was not a buffet.

Didn’t eat on the premises so can’t speak to that, but everything else was ideal. Would definitely stay here again.

We stayed four nights. Location was great. Staff at front desk was helpful when they were there. Website states beach towels were provided, yet when you ask for towels it is for pool only. It’s hard to go to beach without a towel. There were several unattended kids running wild throughout the hotel daily. We tried to get a drink at the bar and were totally ignored. I’m sorry I normally don’t give mediocre reviews. I feel that the hotel website is misrepresented. Disappointing stay. With the price per night we thought we could unpack, enjoy the beach and drink and eat all in one place. We had to travel to eat or get a drink every day and this is main reason we stay at a hotel resort. We definitely will choose a different place to stay next time.

We had a great stay at the Hilton Island House! The staff was helpful and professional, the grounds were well kept and the room was much bigger than we expected with an incredible beach view! We will definitely stay again and I would recommend to everyone!

Loved the corner room! It (and the bathroom) was WAY bigger than we anticipated and the fact that there was a fridge AND microwave was amazing! The gym was great, too!!
