Best Western Premier The Tides

Seems a bit pricey for what you get. Parking is very small and check in and towls are on 4th floor. Seems like spend all you time waiting on elevators. Very clean and great staff though

Pros: The room was great! Clean, nice, had a mini fridge and microwave. Good products and towels in the bathroom. The front desk staff was wonderful! Kara was amazing. Couldn't ask for a better location close to the beach. Close to groceries, starbucks, everything. Cons: Elevators were slow and smelled like mildew. Photos of the pool were A STRETCH compared to the actual pool. Full of kids and sunscreen, had dingy indoor pool vibes. I personally don't go to the beach to sit at the pool so I didn't miss it at all! That being said, if I had planned to use it I would've been disappointed. Was great for a quick getaway to enjoy the sun and the sand.

Great views

This place has amazing customer service and will go above and beyond to accommodate you. We were staying here and my wife had some unexpected work emergencies meetings the day we were suppose to check out. The staff allowed us to stay the entire day, gave us new key cards and allowed my wife to do the meetings while the kids swam in the pool. Lifesavers.

Superb

The property was at a great location. It’s clean and the pool area is nice. The rooms are okay, our tub and sink never drained properly. The elevators are extremely slow, and you need a card to go anywhere which if you are in a hurry with your hands full it was a pain to put everything down get a room key out and then proceed

Everything was perfect! The views at breakfast and the food were amazing! The beach access from the pool was a nice plus as well.

I love the property, the views, the room! This was our second time here and we love it even more now! Definitely our go to hotel for orange beach now! The elevators… they are kind of slow

The cleanliness of our room was excellent. Patrick the bartender was awesome. We enjoyed visiting with him and he made excellent drinks. I would have liked a coffee pot in our room. I felt the cost was a little high since we had no view of the ocean. I felt like the breakfast buffet was a little high. It would be nice if senior discount was offered.

Great Beach Access, Room was Clean and there is a good diner right across the street. Ill be staying here again!

The staff and hotel itself were fantastic! We don’t have a single negative thing to say about our stay. We will be back!!

Upon check in , was slow process. During our stay we found beach view was not beach front be mindful when booking. We had construction on our side for new condo. The ice machines only on 2floors and they ran out. Going to lobby for beach towels were exhausting and they didn't clean our room 2x this week . Didn't elevators were slow

Good location It needs better up keep in the pool area. Hot tub was dirty and not a hot tub. It was like cool pool water
