Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Orange Beach

Run down. Toilet didn’t work very well shower out of soap. Reported first night had to go get soap and toilet never fixed. Pool was dirty.

Staff was the best! Warm clean pool close to everything

Comfy bed, very clean and nice room and bath, common areas clean and nice, very helpful manager No umbrellas or shade at all at the pool except a dirty table next to the building, breakfast was not restocked at 9 when it was open until 10 (no bread items, yogurt, waffle batter)

Great place, great service! Brian is excellent very efficient and great customer service! Property very clean quiet at the same time close to the beach, will definitely recommend and stay again!

I only stayed one night, however check in was easy and the stay was very comfortable. The rooms were quiet which surprised me considering it is peak season at the coast.

I was very disappointed with the cleanliness of this facility. The pictures presented online convinced me to cancel room at Holiday Inn express and change to Fairfield Inn because of pictures of Cabanas at pool and hot tube. Both were disgusting filthy with gray dirty water and no cabanas for clients at pooI and this was reported to front desk and the receptionist took my information with complaint with my name and stated that the complaint was sent to Manager. She stated that she was not aware of the filithness although it is a small distance from front desk. My granddaughter got into the pool before i realized how unclean the water was and now has nausea with vomiting. HOW AWFUL !! Breakfast was ok with a variety of items. Room was expensive. I

The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious, with staff making sure that plenty of food was available for the entire 3 hours the breakfast buffet was open. Even though I chose the bold coffee, it was incredibly weak.

It was in a perfect location! Close enough to everything that we needed. NA

The room was missing a remote and the batteries were dead in the only one in the room; the pull out mattress feels like you’re lying on a chain link fence and came with one flat pillow; had to ask for a 5th towel for a room that sleeps 6; asked for cleaning supplies to clean a sticky spill left over from prior guests and was told housekeeping would re-mop- sticky mess was still there and I cleaned the filthy floor with a bathroom towel; beds feel worn out with absolutely no padding or support; the pool had algae growing around the rim, grass in cement cracks around the pool and a railing that was completely unscrewed from the support post that overlooked a pond; room was FAR too expensive for what it was.

The rom was spacious and clean.

It’s not right on the beach but you do have access to walk across the street to go to a gated private beach so that was cool
