Springhill Suites By Marriott Orange Beach Gulf Shores

Springhill suites is very elegant, upbeat, spacious, and comfortable. Breakfast was amazing. The Poo was awesome the environment very nice, I will be using these facilities again in the very near future.

The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The hotel was very clean. It was one block from public access to the beach. If you are carrying a lot of beach stuff with kids, you might not want to walk but you could. The staff was friendly.

Location is excellent. Right next door to mini golf and restaurants within walking distance. Staff was very helpful. The property was very clean. My only complaint is that the shower curtain was moldy and needs to be replaced.

No biscuits/toast/gravy/regular eggs Bar area just smelled wet.

Also the conditioner bottle was empty and the towels were not replace and toilet paper was also not replenished. Worse hotel experience in our lives.

The property was great. Pool was awesome with towels and lounge chair with umbrellas. They are first come but we were always able to find one. They do have an outdoor fireplace with seating, but it’s summer so of course no fire. The seats were still great though very comfortable.The entrance was a little hard to find but thank goodness for gps. The staff was very friendly and the willingness to help with anything was definitely appreciated. Breakfast was great with a few hiccups but once again the staff handled everything well. I will say check the rooms because we had enough towels and racks. We were missing sheets and not all the pillows were clean. We did let staff know and they gave us new ones right away. If you stay longer then two days they do clean every other day. we had the double with sofa and there’s plenty of room. Only downfall is placement of TV where only one area might not be able to see. Overall, my kids and I loved it. We did have a poolside view and that really helped the kids going to swim.

I wish coffee would've been available beyond breakfast hours.

This was an excellent hotel. The staff were all extremely friendly and helpful. The entire property was clean and maintained. The pool area was beautiful and very clean. I stayed with my four daughters and they loved it. The location was perfect, with just short drives to public beach access, shopping and restaurants. We saw two concerts at the Wharf Amphitheater, and it was only a 15 minute drive to get there. We enjoyed our stay.

The room was clean and it has a nice pool. Staff were friendly and accommodating. The breakfast bar wasn’t the best but beds were comfortable.
