The staff were amazing! Breakfast was delicious each morning. Coffee ran out a few times, but the attendants were very helpful at replenishing. The only feedback is I wish our run had been cleaner. It was stained, needed reglazing and the stopper was broken. The toilet also flushed very slowly and could have used some maintenance, but thankfully it didn’t overflow. Having a nice sized refrigerator and a microwave in the room was a game changer for our trip! My son is picky so I prepared his breakfast in the room daily. Housekeeping didn’t service the room during our 4 night stay, but I liked that! We didn’t really need it. They did stop by each morning asking if we needed towels or anything else. I liked the balcony also, which gave us the autonomy to dry our towels and swimsuits. The location is also right across the street from Publix and a smaller Walmart. Overall, 8/10 for the stay. The proximity to the beach was unbeatable.

Proximity to the beach was great however we never had any fresh towels or housekeeping the entire 6 day stay. We left the room early in the morning and came back late in the evening and still no housekeeping. Shower curtain was installed at wrong height so the bathroom floor turned into a pool and there was no fixing it.

Will never stay here again! Let’s just say staff doesn’t know how to accommodate children who are nonverbal and tell them to shut up, when they don’t understand to keep their voice down. Hint, hint they are non verbal a staff member at the front desk who had a tooth missing decided to tell my nephew rudely to shut up when he doesn’t understand. The professionalism was not there and therefore we will not ever stay here. Sad how a lot of kids are nonverbal now and staff needs better training on how to handle situations.

Definitely a good price for what you get , very nice staff and good breakfast! Everything was clean easy walk to the beach , very happy with my stay!

Breakfast changed every day so that was nice instead of just having to have the same meal every morning. Whoever came up with the towel card idea was smart. I definitely liked the location of this hotel. The shower leaked water into the floor no matter how we did the curtain. The lobby staff while helpful just felt like they did not want to be there.

For the price we payed for one night $508 the Breakfast could have been way better. But other than that the stay was ok.

Got the keys to my room, went up to the sixth floor and employees were sleeping in my room.
