The view from our room was beautiful. Bathroom in room could use some updates. Also, it was a eyesore to walk out of our room and there was a open storage closet with a cart with broken microwaves, and things of that nature on it the whole time we was there and it was also in the hallway. Pool could be cleaned out more often as there was a lot of sand in there. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast omelettes was delicious!

It was really nice and clean and we really enjoyed our stay. And we may do it again later in the year. Really liked the employees at the front desk. Very nice We liked it all.

This is basically a Motel 6 on the beach except you pay quadruple the price for beach access. Upon checking in, we were told there was an issue with the water but it would be repaired within the hour. After spending 4 hours on the beach, we returned to our room to shower and get ready for dinner. We discovered that the sink had water but the shower did not. I called the front desk and notified them of the issue. The front desk employee came to our room to check the screen on the shower head but it wasn't the problem. We were told that the maintenance employee would have to be called out and he should be there in 30-40 minutes. Two hours later we still had not seen anyone to repair the issue. Meanwhile, I spoke to the front desk employee about getting another room. He told me that the only available rooms were of a higher rate. This was at 7 pm. I asked to speak to the hotel manager and was told he had already left for the day. I requested that the manger be called to discuss changing rooms but was told he would not call and disturb the manager and that I could speak with the manager in the morning when he arrived. Customer service is non-existent at this location. We were hot, tired and hungry but were forced to wait 3 hours to take a shower. Horrible experience!

Check is was easy with helpful and nice staff. Room was clean and spacious. Water pressure in shower was poor, on the 3rd floor. Breakfast was usual fare, but had a build your own omelet station that the cooked for you! Pool is on the smaller side with lots of chairs and umbrellas. Beach, excellent! Close to restaurants and shopping within walking distance. Will go back! And free snow cones!
