Sleep Inn Orange Beach

We enjoyed our stay very much, as always

Los cuartos limpios pero el personal de atención al cliente no me gusto

Loved my balcony and the short walk to the beach. The room was clean. Bed was good and my husband loved the breakfast!

N/a

Close to beach

The staff was friendly and attentive. The inside of the hotel needs major renovation. Peeling ceilings Woodwork pulling away. The pool was the worst. Tile that has come off. Nasty mildew in the pool Debris on Pool deck needs to be cleared daily. Leaves dirt and cigarette butts. Broken railings. Wish I would have taken photos. To be honest we were disappointed and would not have booked here had I known the poor shape it was in. The location is wonderful!! Amenities were great. We still had a wonderful week in Orange Beach.🏝️☀️🌊

The pool was a little dirty. But the breakfast was great. The omlet is to die for!

Really enjoyed our stay, loved how it was right on the beach. View of the ocean was beautiful and awesome. Rooms were decent, couldn't complain, they offer free breakfast always a plus! The omelettes were so yum! Staff was nice, maids came every day checking in on you seeing if you needed anything as well as swept your room for you. That was nice especially with all the sand from the beach! Great location, close to Florida, loved going to Flora Bama, a lot to do around there!

Great for the price. Can’t complain

Our balcony had water dripping on it and mold on the railing.

I wanted to give a five star review however this is being done on my app not on my computer. It only allowed four stars for each topic, so every area and every question I will give five stars on this review. The room was clean. The staff was polite. The breakfast was amazing, especially the omelette, and the lady that cooks breakfast every morning. The omelet was incredible. The lady cooking was very kind. The beach view was amazing. I recommend this place to anyone who wants to stay in the heart of Orange Beach, Alabama.

Breakfast is fantastic! Overall a wonderful place to stay.

Everything was good accept the air seen not to work so good at night the room was hot

More bigger beds

Nice place.

Breakfast

I enjoyed my stay. No complaints at all

Ocean view was great, staff was great! Breakfast was great! Good location. The rooms need to be updated. Our bed comforter was torn, shower enclosure had holes/ cracks. The room was not as clean as it was the previous year. But we still enjoyed our stay.

Absolutely nothing was good about this hotel. The room was filthy. And I have pictures to show how bad it was. We asked for a refund the first 15 minutes we were there. Every guest we met all said the same thing. The hotel was nasty and not properly cleaned. The manager was rude and very unprofessional to us and every guest we talk to had a similar interaction with him. We will not be returning to this hotel. I tried to contact you every day and I was told I had to wait until the end of the trip. Which made no sense to me. Now we are on our way home disappointed and angry because our trip was totally ruined. Thats how horrible it was.And I will be contacting corporate as soon as I get home.

the breakfast was very good-they offered made to order omelets--staff was nice also
