Pet friendly. We don't have pets, but we do recommend this hotel to our friends because it is pet friendly. The staff is always nice, cheerful and friendly, from the kitchen, housekeeping, maintenance, to the front desk employees. The breakfast has enough variety to satisfy most people.

The property is right on the beach, views were stunning and parking was very convenient. Our room was clean, but stuffy and humid. We would adjust the air control and it wouldn't get better. We finally called the front desk, maintenance came and "fixed" our unit. It was better over night, but we had to all them 3 more times. The in room refrigerator never worked and the ice machine down the hall never had ice. I know people fill up coolers and the ice machines run out, but we checked it multiple times a day and it never had more than about 3 cubes. The breakfast was decent, so mark that in the convenience category. The only reason I would stay here again is the convenience to the beach.

The room was very spacious and great view of the pool and beach. The staff were so friendly. I saw lots of pets which i wasn't expecring but didn't bother me. Breakfast was delicious and the location of the hotel was perfect. Walkable to Walmart, Publix, shopping and restaurants. I would definitely book again.

We paid in advance for a balcony room with ocean view and was put in a room facing the parking garage. There was rust on the lamp and in the shower, there was a hole in the bathroom wall. Not clean, stains on carpet, carpet was wet. There is a brown rim around the pool outside from no one cleaning/scubbing it. The staff took my name and number for an early check-in before noon, I was told they would put my name on a list to call me when the room is ready- at 4pm we checked in. No one ever called. A different receptionist told me they did not have my name/number to call for early check in. At 9am the garbage can outside beside the front entrance was overflowing with trash.

Breakfast too crowed. No where to sit. The staff for breakfast worked without gloves. The coffee was good. More prompt cleaning. Staff with gloves and hair covering. I had to clean my own table getting paper towels and water from bathroom. The white pool concrete had black mold. First room had stopped up toilet. Had to have maintenance plunge and he said himself it was too sketchy and we moved to another room after I demanded that we be moved.

The AC didn't keep the room cool. There were stains on the carpet. We were suppose d to have an ocean front room, we got street view and they wouldn't work with us because we used a third party (Expedia) make reservations. We also had to pay for our parking, $15 that we didn't know about.
