Hampton Inn & Suites Orange Beach/Gulf Front

The location is great! The beach is only about a 1–2 minute walk, which was very convenient. Breakfast was fine, although the fruit selection was limited. Some outlets in our room were loose or didn’t work, and the USB ports didn’t work either, but it didn’t ruin our stay. My biggest issue was housekeeping on checkout morning. Around 9:20 AM, two housekeeping staff knocked and within seconds opened our door before we had time to answer. They apologized when they saw us, but then the man asked what time we were leaving. Checkout is at 11 AM, and I paid for the room through checkout time. Being asked when I was leaving at 9:20 made me feel rushed and uncomfortable. Guests should be able to enjoy the room they paid for until checkout without feeling pressured to leave early. We checked out around 9:50 AM and told Liz at the front desk what happened. She was also very nice and professional. Shacha and Liz provided excellent customer service. I just hope the housekeeping issue is addressed.

The room was clean, the staff was so nice and kept in contact with us through text which I prefer. The breakfast was good and the beach view was the best.

.very near via walking to restaurants .and grocery store. Very relaxing and trouble free stay. Would return to it if I ever in area again for vacation reasons.

We only stayed for one night, but we enjoyed our stay. Everything was everything was very convenient.

Rooms were nice and f comfy The breakfast didn't t vary daily. Same stuff daily. Neighbors noisy.

Love the location! Beachfront was wonderful!! The pool was not as big/appealing as the photos.

Hotel charges 15.00$ per night for parking.

We were also given ,bracelets we were told to wear at breakfast. The first day we noticed no one wearing them, so we never did from that day forward. The tiles at the water line looked dirty in the pool and the hot tub. As for the room, the tub had no stopper so taking a bath was out of the question. Neither power outlet in the bathroom worked and the carpet was ripping where it met the tiles in the hall to the door. The view from the balcony of the beach and Gulf were one of the things that keep this review from being a complete disaster. Also, you get charged for self parking $15 dollars a day, no other Hampton inn where I have stayed does this. Being a Hilton Honors member, I think the nickle and diming, charging for parking on top of a room rate of $335 a night, what good does the Honors membership do? If this was a deal, you (Hilton) have greater problems to fix. I honestly hope these problems get fixed, the area and beach are too nice to be messed up by lazy in competent staff and owners.

The rooms were very comfortable and clean. The staff was friendly. The beach access was great. The trash cans in the rooms were too small.

The room was very clean and the staff was very accommodating and polite. But, we had to ask every night for clean towels and wash cloths to shower. However they were quick to bring the things we needed when we asked. Overall it was a great stay and we would definitely stay here again. The beach access was great and the complimentary breakfast was amazing!

One of my favorite features was the fitness center. It has a beautiful view of the ocean, which made running on the treadmill much more enjoyable! The only disappointment was the breakfast buffet. Unfortunately, most of the food was dry, and several items were nearly empty when we went down for breakfast. There is definitely room for improvement there. Overall, I would definitely stay here again. The convenient location, proximity to surrounding attractions, beautiful ocean views, and direct beach access make this a wonderful place to stay—especially for the price.

New room the main entrybdoor needs some fixing (again) nothing major just sags... Other than that...staff was super friendly and helpful...property super clean...decent price too. 15 bux a night to park...but you get free breakfast thats actually pretty good..so its a trade off (where can you feed a family breakfast for 15 bux) Definitely will stay again !!!!!

Lovely property, staff was friendly, breakfast had good variety, nice beach access Text feature sobyou dont have to call the desk. Half way through our visit they asked for a rating then stopped answering. They say cleaning every other day, nope

Right on beach. Great location! Well it is pet friendly BUT when you have horrible fur baby parents that leave a dog ALL DAY long in the room that does nothing but bark, cry and wine then it is for a miserable stay.
