This place was horrible from the moment we pulled up . The lobby smelled like hot dogs the staff could care less about the people staying at the hotel .i got my room and the key wouldn’t work after trying numerous after the staff fixed the key and it didn’t work the staff came up used a master key to unlock the room next to us with a master key and he didn’t give me a key to my new room when I went downstairs to get one he was nowhere to be found and I was stuck outside my room till the next day and it took hours of a phone call to management to have them let me stay that night this place is the worst

This place was horrible , nothing worked , the shower backed up after 1 shower , and they had construction come in during our stay and drill holes for a mirror and didn’t even clean up there mess , they had drywall dust everywhere , the manager there is a big liar , he complains if you use room but doesn’t care if his construction goons leave a Mess, but once you call them out on there horrible plumbing he gets offended , and don’t ever think about asking for a 1130 or 12 late checkout , they literally cry !

Well window covers held togethet by duct tape. Our water was off half the day the 2nd day we were there and the staff was rude still waiting on my deposit refund. Pool closed and needing repaired

People talking in of your door at 2am in the morning. And how are you supposed to sleep with all this noise and racket. Vehicles going off continuously at 4am in the morning. In several occasions.
