Spacious and reasonable prices but we had tiny ants in the bathroom that got on our stuff.

Location No coffee, either in the room or lobby. I walked barefoot while there, my feet were black from the floors

Personal is very friendly and attentive, room was very clean, TV works well, manager in duty was amazing(Jalemder)

No TV in the room, the tiles on the floor where all loose and could be a dangerous hazard, someone could cut themselves with the tile, the plumbing for the sink wasn’t connected properly so water would leak out bad, and the shower drain wasn’t working properly.

The location The sink needs a sink drain to prevent jewellery and objects from getting lost

The workers were amazing, the manager Jelendar was very professional and responsible to our needs Consider is an open access hotel, we have some car noises but not too bad

We had a great stay at Casa Blanca, room was big and clean, bed was very comfortable. Jelendar was an amazing host, very friendly and attentive to details, we are definitely coming back

It had a broken bathroom mirror, TV that did not work, but at least had some towels. I honestly have no idea how it got so high of ratings, I would never stay there again.

If I could give this place negative stars, I would. We checked in and walked into one of the dirtiest hotel rooms we’ve ever seen. There were stains and hair all over the bed, orange smears on the walls, and what appeared to be dead worms or some type of larvae on the floor. It was absolutely disgusting and completely unacceptable, especially traveling with our child. The pool was also completely empty, despite being advertised as an amenity. Had we known that, we never would have booked this hotel. We immediately returned to the front desk, handed back our room keys, and explained that the room was not sanitary and that we could not stay there. The hotel refused to cancel our reservation. We then contacted Expedia right away, but because the hotel refused to authorize the cancellation, we were left paying for a room we never stayed in. Looking at the positive reviews now, I genuinely don’t understand how they reflect this property. Based on our experience, it’s hard to believe they accurately represent what guests are actually walking into. The attached photos speak for themselves: dirty bedding covered with hair and stains, grime on the walls, what appeared to be dead worms on the floor, and an empty pool. This was one of the worst hotel experiences we’ve ever had. Save yourself the frustration and stay somewhere else.
