New American Inn and Suites

Beds had some very light stains on the edges, cockroaches outside (none inside). AC was great and worked quickly.

The property is old and needs curtains. The AC was loud and the windows shined light inside all night.

Room was unclean. Still hair on pillow and sheets. Toilet seat dirty . sticky floors. Room dirty, there was slight crack between the air-conditioner and wall and outdoor light shined through crack..

It was small and a decent area Since we had 2 cars one of the cars had to park on the street.

The original room assigned to us wasn't cleaned the beds were unmade like someone just left. He assigned a new room. The ceiling lights didn't work. No coffee available on site.

Bottom sheets where in nasty dirty or stained.

Close to decent shopping, but still secluded and out of the way. What I refer to as off the beaten path. Front desk staff was rude as hell. Day 1 20$ deposit. Day 2 I pay them early online and they want a 20$ early check in fee even tho I was already checked in there and had a room. I was extending my stay and that was all. It was bullshit. Day 3 I was late paying so another 20$ late charge. Day 4 I checked out. Im not going to be subjected to a new 20$ fee every single day I am staying there. It was upcharging/price gouging at its finest. And every excuse under the sun as to why. I was beyond over it and will never, and I mean NEVER stay there again. Just a fair warning that you get what u pay for so buyer beware. Bed was comfortable, rooms were large, fridge stayed cold, cleanliness of the room was a little less than to be desired. White chair near windows was not white anymore and needed a desperate cleaning, clean it!! Dresser when you first walked in needed to be swept behind and trash removed, handle it!! Front desk staff needs to be taught manners or etiquette to understand American culture, learn it and quit being so damned rude. Not everyone is the same. Treat people accordingly.
