Embassy Suites by Hilton Anaheim North

Loved this hotel! Stayed with family: 3 boys. Golfland is nearby. Great local restaurants. Went to Angels baseball games. Staff was super friendly. GREAT BREAKFAST hours/food spread. Very impressed!

I liked the breakfast and the room was nice The pool was incredibly cold and dirty. It was super foggy with hair floating throughout. The hot tub had a weird film over the top and the floor was sticky. We even came to the pool early to see if the floor would be cleaned and the pool be cleared and no.

Staff was very helpful and friendly.

Room didn’t feel clean. Curtains, bed skirt, and carpet were stained and dirty, bathroom is old and worn. Even though it may be cleaned, the bathroom doesn’t smell fresh. Hotel isn’t designated for guests. The hotels isn’t tightly monitored. It appears anyone can come and go. Being that it shares a parking lot with a nightclub, that was concerning.

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at this hotel. The door to our room is broken, and I have been asking for help for about three hours. I’ve contacted the hotel multiple times and have been waiting, but no one has come to fix the issue or properly assist us. We have an event we need to attend, and because of this delay, we are now at risk of missing it. This has been very frustrating and stressful, especially since we are paying guests and expected a basic issue like being able to access our room to be handled promptly. I expected much better service and communication from the hotel.

We had an ADA room with roll-in shower which wasn’t an issue but there were stains on the carpet in front of the door and in the room. The tile grout in the bathroom was badly stained and no one want to shower because of it. The pool was VERY cloudy and didn’t seem well maintained. I would go somewhere else next time.
