Great place to stay

The shower would not shut off completely and kept dripping water. I found it quite bothersome.

The hotel architectural design inside is very empressive. However, the carpet on the hallway are obviously run down and in need of change. The rooms very spacious and I love it. However the bathroom, you can smell the sewer on it and the bath tub needs a new one. The stains are horrible. Overall, I would say it's still a highly recommendable stay.

The room was updated but musky smell. Breakfast was good. Our kids wanted to go swimming so we booked this hotel for the indoor pool. Unfortunately, the pool was not maintained and the water was cloudy, we could not see the bottom tiling. The floor had dirt on the bottom and hair clots floating around. We told staff that the pool is cloudy but they said, they did not work "yesterday" and we mentioned it's also cloudy today in which she said she would let engineer know. Cloudy is not safe for swimming in especially with so many kids using it.

Staff were friendly. We had really high expectations due to the fact that the hotel was an Embassy. However we were very disappointed with the hotel. The hotel was very dirty. Elevators were broken and we had to take the stairs to go down to the first floor and the stair area smelled like urine. We sat down for breakfast, but the breakfast was so horrible we did not eat it. I'm glad we stayed for only one night. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Breakfast was very good and room was quiet.

Amazing experience

The pool and hot tub were decent, but the fitness center was small and felt dated. The guest rooms also showed their age, with popcorn ceilings, rust in the bathroom, and a rusted patio screen door. One downside was the noise. Parties took place on the side of the hotel on two of the three nights we stayed. After we called the front desk, security responded and broke them up, which we appreciated. Also, the neighboring property is a nightclub. Overall, the service and amenities like breakfast and the arcade were positives, but the aging rooms and nighttime noise affected our experience.

We checked in to a room but the bathroom even though clean, it has a smell and the kitchen sink was leaking but we did not want to complain so we covered it with towels but it started to smell on our 2nd and 3rd night. The buffet breakfast was great and as well as the evening reception.

Unfortunately, we were only able to stay one night after we attended a wedding. I would have loved to stay for a few days and just enjoy the beauty and calmness that we felt as soon as we entered this beautiful hotel. Everything was so nice and clean, all of the staff were friendly, our accommodations were wonderful we had the king suite. The bed was very comfortable the room was spacious. The area just passed the entry with the water in the center is just so peaceful and wonderful I felt safe and I would recommend this hotel to anyone!!!

Breakfast was good, room was clean; however, smelled like wet rag when first walked in, it took a while for smell to go away. A sock was left behind from a previous customer, carpet was torn, bathtub faucet kept leaking which was annoying when trying to fall asleep and calling front desk was not helpful as they place you on hold for way too long. If you want to pay a reasonable price and don't mind a mediocre hotel, this is the hotel to book.

First, the cleanliness was questionable. The room carpet felt dirty, looked poorly maintained, and had visible stains. The check-in staff were also not very friendly or welcoming. However, the biggest disappointment was during the last two nights of our stay. There was a softball team staying at the hotel, and they were extremely loud, running through the hallways even around 11pm. Anyone familiar with Embassy Suites knows the hotel has an open center atrium layout, so noise travels from the bottom all the way to the upper floors very easily. Every night there were loud gatherings and partying in the open area. I called the front desk multiple times to complain about the noise. The staff said they would inform the manager, but even after 11pm nothing changed. Very disappointed with how the hotel management handled the situation.

clean too

The one negative is that the building is starting to show its age and look tired. Although clean and well maintained, signs of wear are everywhere.
