Embassy Suites by Hilton Anaheim North

Unfortunately, we were only able to stay one night after we attended a wedding. I would have loved to stay for a few days and just enjoy the beauty and calmness that we felt as soon as we entered this beautiful hotel. Everything was so nice and clean, all of the staff were friendly, our accommodations were wonderful we had the king suite. The bed was very comfortable the room was spacious. The area just passed the entry with the water in the center is just so peaceful and wonderful I felt safe and I would recommend this hotel to anyone!!!

Breakfast was good, room was clean; however, smelled like wet rag when first walked in, it took a while for smell to go away. A sock was left behind from a previous customer, carpet was torn, bathtub faucet kept leaking which was annoying when trying to fall asleep and calling front desk was not helpful as they place you on hold for way too long. If you want to pay a reasonable price and don't mind a mediocre hotel, this is the hotel to book.

First, the cleanliness was questionable. The room carpet felt dirty, looked poorly maintained, and had visible stains. The check-in staff were also not very friendly or welcoming. However, the biggest disappointment was during the last two nights of our stay. There was a softball team staying at the hotel, and they were extremely loud, running through the hallways even around 11pm. Anyone familiar with Embassy Suites knows the hotel has an open center atrium layout, so noise travels from the bottom all the way to the upper floors very easily. Every night there were loud gatherings and partying in the open area. I called the front desk multiple times to complain about the noise. The staff said they would inform the manager, but even after 11pm nothing changed. Very disappointed with how the hotel management handled the situation.

The one negative is that the building is starting to show its age and look tired. Although clean and well maintained, signs of wear are everywhere.

Located in a nice area close to everything

I observed others checked in early and they did not pay. I was communicating with someone to solve at least some of the issues I would keep on getting promises, but nothing happen. I stayed at the Embassy suites several times before, but by far this is the worst which will lead to a decision of not to do it ever again. Would that been said? I am escalating my issue a bit further to cooperate. I’m going to do whatever it takes to get my and the rest of the families money back.

I asked the front desk to switch our room, but they said nothing was available. This stay was extremely disappointing and not worth the price. I also have video. I can’t share it here.

Breakfast. Made to order omelette was a treat! My room was close to a airconditioner compressor that was circling on & off.

This hotel is very old and they only remodel the lobby and it’s very nice but the rooms,carpet are so old and dirty.

The stay wasn't bad, just disappointing. The room was old, shower didn't drain, to the point I thought it was going to flow over the basin and onto the floor. Bathroom vanity old, cabinet paint peeling off. There was about an 8 inch tear on the curtain, white paint splattered on the curtains. Balcony doors did not open. It was just worn down. Hallway carpets were dirty, dark gray and yellow, from the elevator it looks like they ripped the carpet up and the concrete with yellow specks was visible. Once out of the elevator you can see it is carpet. Breakfast started at 7am which seems late. I had somewhere to be at 7am so I missed breakfast.

Staff and breakfast were good. The rooms are in need of updating/maintenance. Overall was okay.

15 minutes drive to Disneyland. Has good arcade games. Lobby looks nice 1 block away from city dump, which can be seen and heard from room especially at night. Steps away from a gentleman’s club which is very unusual for a ‘family’ hotel. Rooms are old with damaged carpet, damaged wood furniture, dirty damaged bathroom.
