Larry does a great job maintaining the pool. I’ve never seen such a spotless pool at a hotel. He was very friendly and always asked if I needed anything when I was having my morning coffee on the deck. Would definitely recommend this place. We even used the grill outside by the pool!

I reserved a king suite and upon arrival noticed the bed was a queen and the sleeper was small and my 6’2” sons feet would be dangling. I contacted front desk and they switched us to a king suite. The suite smelled of a very strong cleaning solution. Also, we were placed by the basketball courts and there were people playing up till 2 pm. Hotel offered ear plugs - thank you (I think). Breakfast wasn’t available till 7 am which I thought was late. And , they charged a parking fee - why?

Upon checking into the family suite. We noticed the restroom was not clean downstairs. Their was a dirty towel in the restroom on top of the shower. Assuming from previous guest. Our TV did not work the first 24 hours. The room door was broken so we had to slam down extremely hard in hopes it would open. Even after they sent maintenance to fix it we had issues. Management seemed to not care. I’d suggest to stay elsewhere.

Just need to work on the smell of the room, other then that its pretty nice and staff are very nice also. Very convenient if you are going to Disneyland.

No dressers for your clothes ND they charge daily parking fee. No clock, king bed more like a queen

We rented 2 lofts for a family of 9. The stay was amazing and the staff was super friendly and helpful. I would defiantly recommend for an extended stay.

I didn't have any problem with the front desk staff they were good. I was there for 9 days the housekeeping comes around like at 10:00 in the morning.. a little too early for me. They made the beds but they didn't check the shampoo, conditioner or bathwash so I had to keep walking up to the front to get some, and they failed to vacuum the floors. The breakfast could have a little bit more variety not just eggs done two different ways. The property was fairly clean except for the toilet bowl behind one of the trash cans that you can see with a mattress right next to it. When I was leaving in the morning and coming back from Disneyland in the evening there was some meth head riding around on his bike cutting through the motel probably looking for something to steal. They had security driving around but he wasn't there all the time. I didn't get nothing stolen but I kept looking out the window throughout the night. But I'm sure everywhere is like that. It wasn't a bad stay just some things I didn't like.

unpleasant stay through guest services and cleaning department

bishop for 4th of July weekend. We spent a day at Huntington beach(30 min drive or so) and the night at Angels Stadium(10 minute drive). Loved the pool, the basketball court and the breakfast each morning. The manager Teo is a true pro. Comfortable beds and nice rooms. Great value here

Front office staff is helpful, enthusiastic, collegial, and knowledgeable. Facilities support is timely, capable and follows up. Housekeeping is inconsistent, frequently unprepared/under-supplied, several are not able to communicate in English. TOTALLY INDIFFERENT WHEN CLEANING UPSTAIRS AS TO HOW MUCH THEY DISTURB DOWNSTAIRS GUESTS... IT'S APPALLING!!!!!
