The room was fine, nothing special or huge but clean and ok. No fan in the bathroom which seemed odd, the sink also bubbled randomly and was incredibly loud. You could hear it multiple times it sounded like it was backed up. At first we didn’t do anything. The second time it started we told the front desk and they had someone come fix it however it continued to do it even after they fixed it. It was loud and annoying but also had me worried if it was going to start having liquid come up or what was happening. The door key also stopped working the second time we used it. The front desk reactivated the cards and told us to try again so we did and that still didn’t work. They said they’d have the engineer go charge the door keypad. We were headed out for the day but when we got back it worked. We booked via Expedia and they told us parking is an additional $24 a night. They also charged for breakfast. All in all it was fine but not sure we’d stay there again.

This hotel is beautiful, comfortable, food and staff were great. However the second day there the pool was closed so the gardeners could cut back and leaf blow. We were really disappointed since we had our grandson with us who want to swim. The maintenance manager did make it possible to use the hot tub and was very kind and helpful

My stay here was excellent. Five plus, for what I needed. It was very clean, the bed was comfortable, and the breakfast was very good. The staff was exceptional, very helpful and kind (especially Samantha who helped me with very jet lagged induced question). I would definitely stay again on my next visit.

Came for work — The room was pretty basic, we got roomed by the ice machine so it was kinda hard to sleep. Overall it was a decent stay. Staff was nice.

The bathroom was horrible, and several others at our conference who stayed there also commented on this, especially the lack of hot water at any hour at all, so we all had to take cold showers. Also, there is a pocket door to the bathroom, which would have been OK, except it's only wood around the edges, and the rest is translucent glass or plastic, so you hardly have any privacy. Yuck! Why would anyone even THINK this is OK?

Great place to stay for a quick trip
-
Very clean and nice area of town, but the shower was cold and water pressure very weak. Beds are doubles, not queens.

This was the perfect location. It’s next to the college where we attended our son’s graduation. We walked and didn’t have to worry about parking. The lobby was decorated to celebrate the graduates. That was so niice to see. Also the area with the bar there were also lounges that were nice. Our family played some games that were there. We also enjoyed the pool. Staff was so nice and helpful. We would very much recommend this hotel.

Very friendly and helpful staff Better lighting in our room. The hotel is next to a university and people who choose to stay in such a location also tend to be people who like to read without squinting.
