Good stay very close a to university of Fullerton State. Clean room but our room can hear everything from the our neighbors and the ice machine.

You are basically on the Cal State Fullerton Campus. A great location. Nice hotel. Large , flat screen TV. Comfy beds, Rooms a bit small and no drawers. But everything was great. Will definitely be back.

When my daughter was getting into bed, it just so happened that her flashlight from her cell phone shined on the sheets and what was found was very unpleasant. We called down to the front desk and they said that oh that’s normal the blankets look that way it’s because it’s feathers absolutely not. I have been to many hotels and not once have I ever encountered feathers to look like this on blankets.

Overall room was clean

What a great location in Fullerton. Right off the 57 and on the Cal State university property. Plenty of parking. Clean large rooms. Bar and restaurant nice. Buffet just okay. The members area on 6th floor stocked well.

Once I entered the room it smelled musty. I should have changed rooms right away. No airflow in the room and towels would not dry overnight because room was so stuffy. An exhaust fan in the bathroom would help. Privacy in bathroom is not good because sliding door was frosted so I could make out my family doing their business on the toilet. Not a visual I need.

Everything was clean and Nice...Just paying an extra $25 for parking was the only problem

Staff was very friendly. Room was very clean. Great place to stay if you have kids attending CSU Fullerton as it is just next door.

The room was fine, nothing special or huge but clean and ok. No fan in the bathroom which seemed odd, the sink also bubbled randomly and was incredibly loud. You could hear it multiple times it sounded like it was backed up. At first we didn’t do anything. The second time it started we told the front desk and they had someone come fix it however it continued to do it even after they fixed it. It was loud and annoying but also had me worried if it was going to start having liquid come up or what was happening. The door key also stopped working the second time we used it. The front desk reactivated the cards and told us to try again so we did and that still didn’t work. They said they’d have the engineer go charge the door keypad. We were headed out for the day but when we got back it worked. We booked via Expedia and they told us parking is an additional $24 a night. They also charged for breakfast. All in all it was fine but not sure we’d stay there again.

This hotel is beautiful, comfortable, food and staff were great. However the second day there the pool was closed so the gardeners could cut back and leaf blow. We were really disappointed since we had our grandson with us who want to swim. The maintenance manager did make it possible to use the hot tub and was very kind and helpful

My stay here was excellent. Five plus, for what I needed. It was very clean, the bed was comfortable, and the breakfast was very good. The staff was exceptional, very helpful and kind (especially Samantha who helped me with very jet lagged induced question). I would definitely stay again on my next visit.

Came for work — The room was pretty basic, we got roomed by the ice machine so it was kinda hard to sleep. Overall it was a decent stay. Staff was nice.

The bathroom was horrible, and several others at our conference who stayed there also commented on this, especially the lack of hot water at any hour at all, so we all had to take cold showers. Also, there is a pocket door to the bathroom, which would have been OK, except it's only wood around the edges, and the rest is translucent glass or plastic, so you hardly have any privacy. Yuck! Why would anyone even THINK this is OK?
