Nice stay

The staff was amazing, everyone was so nice and helpful. Also the food was good, they had some gluten free items and most hotels don't carry anything gluten free. Thank you !!! The shower in my room didn't work so I had to go to another room to take a shower. Also had a problem with the thermostat. I think it was Jose that helped me since there wasn't any maintenance staff available.

We were wondering why our room #525 had ear plugs on the nightstand….the train rumbles thru until 2:30 am. Not fast commuters but long freight trains. Vibrates you for free! On the weekend less trains. My suggestion is to take any even numbered room under 24 to keep away from the railroad track side of the building. Other than that it was great…free breakfast was nice. We’ll be back. Parking fee was reasonable $5/day.

Visited with my family of four. Cleanliness was very good, staff very friendly, very mellow and calm place to stay. Overall the stay was very peaceful and pleasant.

Nice&clean room; might be a little noisy when the train passes, but noise level is ok

Can not complain on cleanliness Over priced! Hidden facility costs ! Noises from icemaker outside of room , staff that really don’t care

Breakfast was marginal at best. Freeway noise!!! Air conditioner blows right where you're sleeping on the bed

We were there for the graduation at cal state Fullerton, nice stay helpful staff. I asked for an extra hour to checkout just in case if we cannot check out on time at 11, after the ceremony. They allowed one hour. Thank you for that.

After working 8 hours in the room, I unpacked all my clothes, food, and work equipment, took a shower… and then every fuse in the room blew. The TV died, the bathroom lights and fan died, and every outlet stopped working — which meant no way to charge my phone or the laptops I needed for work the next day. When I called the front desk, I was told to “just live that way until maintenance comes tomorrow.” It was 8 PM, I had been awake nearly 20 hours, and their solution was literally: stay in a powerless room. Once I realized I couldn’t charge anything, I called back and asked to be moved. I was told they would not bring a new key up — I had to pack everything back up, drag it downstairs, and wait in line just to get a working room. After unpacking once already, this was infuriating and completely avoidable. Then I received an email claiming they “followed protocol” and that I had to move rooms — which is funny, because the first thing I was told was that I could stay in the dead room overnight without power. To top it off, the neighborhood felt sketchy This stay was exhausting, unprofessional, and absolutely not what I expect from a Marr

Great location!

Good breakfast menu, but for parking there was a fee charged with no responsibility for damages. Which doesn’t make sense. If we pay extra money for parking at the site they should have the security.
