Motel 6 Anaheim, CA - Fullerton East

It was a nice day outside of my loud neighbors and a dog. Everything was fine.

Had a good night and had good service

It was a vacation for my kids 6,8,20 yr old and my 81 year old mother. We get to our room and our neighbors were being so loud, you can hear everything since they put us in one of those rooms that have a door inside to get to the other room. These people were loud, it was past midnight. I called the front desk and no answer. I couldn’t even sleep.

This is the only Motel 6 I like to stay at, the front desk guy (I don't know his name, but he wears glasses) is very helpful and nice. He is very accommodating. The only front desk person I would say is kind of RUDE is the girl that works during the day, she is very loud. Anytime I need something or have questions I wait until evening time when the guy w/ glasses is there. But overall the property is very clean and up to date. Sometimes there is weirdo's hanging around in the early mooring cuz of the treatment next door but they are of no harm

The motel did it's job. It was a place you stay and nothing fancy. It was older but it was fine.

The size No refrigerator, or microwave inside,

Staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, it’s rare getting both in one. Easy check-in, easy check-out. If you’re familiar with the area then you’ll know not to be surprised by the homeless and the poor decision makers that frequent the area, surprisingly they all kept to themselves. Only issue that I had was that the room didn’t have a fridge but, I suppose I could’ve requested one. The major problem was on my last day while I was waking up I felt something crawling on me, once I got out of bed I realized there was roach amongst the sheets, I was pretty appalled of course. So I’m not going to say that it ruined my stay but it absolutely made me just a bit reluctant to book again. The hospitality and the friendliness I appreciated because I’ve been to plenty where you’re looked at as a bother.

I remember not being satisfied with my last visit to this Motel 6 but my most recent visit was an improvement. Check-in was quick, the room was clean, and the bed was comfy. Parking was a tad cumbersome and they didn't have the amenities I needed for my trip (I.e. fridge, hair dryer). Overall, while they could have offered more with the amenities, I was satisfied with the sleep I got and I will come back again if the price is right. Thanks Motel 6 Fullerton!

They have four ice machines in the laundry room. Three were broken and the fourth was overworked because it was the only working ice machine for the entire motel. Every other room I have stayed in at or below this price has all of those things.

Fresh towels and super peaceful

The hotel staff at this motel 6 have consistently exceeded my expectations. The level of service from the front desk at this location really sets them apart from any motel 6 I’ve stayed at and puts them on par with many hotels charging twice as much. The manager, Rosa, is the driving force behind the staff and deserves much recognition for turning this property around..

Wonderful place! I stay here several times a month in my work schedule and am always impressed. For example, the outstanding maintenance always evident here. I understand that Armaando (I hope I am spelling his name (correctly) manages maintenance here— his work ethic is extraordinary! I have yet to pass by this man walking to the parking lot, and see him standing still! He is constantly on the move, getting this done over here, that done over there— nonstop. I have probably stayed at this Motel in Anaheiim Fullerton many dozens of times this year: and each time, I am astonished by his work ethic. Thanks Motel Six for hiring such a fine and expert maintanence manager!

I’ve visited this location many times. Rooms always in wonderful condition. Expert maintenance people on this location work day and night, unobtrusively and effectively, to deep the conditions tip-top. Special appreciation to head of the maintenance department: amazing work ethic!
