Pretty sure the AC was leaking. The carpet right underneath it was soaked. Sheets looked very worn. There was holes on one of them another one had a yellow stain. Took a quick shower and the while bathroom seemed to flood.

The hotel was clean but looked old. We were happy to find a hotel with a separate room so we could take a break from the kids at night.

This hotel would be ideal for somebody who has lost their sense of smell and sight. When turning on the air, you will get a strong sense of being in a porta pot. When showering they do have quite a bit of towels, which is nice keep in mind you will be showering with mold so you will never feel fully clean. The water will get Hot after about 20 minutes, but you’re worried that it activated the mold and you are slowly dying. Unfortunately, whoever was renting the room before us clearly wore shoes in bed and had diarrhea.

I arrived at 11:00 a.m. and was charged an additional $50 early check-in fee because regular check-in wasn’t until 3:00 p.m. After entering my room, I immediately discovered that the bathroom had not been properly cleaned. There were visible stains and grime on the toilet (photos attached), and the shower chair had both pink and black mold on it. The room itself also had an unpleasant odor, and the overall condition of the hotel appeared run down and poorly maintained. Because I didn’t feel the room had been sanitized, I wiped down the door handles, light switches, and countertops with my own Clorox wipes. The wipes came away dirty, which only confirmed my concerns about the cleanliness of the room. I reported everything to the front desk right away. The clerk apologized and sent housekeeping to clean the bathroom. Since I had paid an extra $50 for early access to a room that clearly wasn’t ready, I requested that the early check-in fee be refunded. At checkout, a different front desk employee initially refused the refund, even after I explained the situation and showed him my photos. He said he would have to verify everything with the previous clerk and told me to call the hotel later. Housekeeping had also taken their own photos of the bathroom after I reported it. Paying extra to check into a room that wasn’t clean is unacceptable. I hope management takes cleanliness and customer service more seriousl

Staff friendly and helpful, The place is very clean and safe. Besides being affordable it is by far one of the safest places I have stayed during the updates of our home. The place is close and conveniently located making it easy to get to and from major freeways and attractions.

Nothing The AC did not work, horrible humid smell. The carpet was not vacuumed, and there was a hole in the carpet. Two of My children are asthmatic, if we stayed they would have gotten sick due to the smell of mold. I tried to speak to the front desk about a refund, they told me to contact booking.com and I have yet to get my deposit back or the refund.
