Nice facility and decently maintained. Don't like paying for parking. Who travels without a car? If they want a little more profit, add it to the rental.

The rooms and the staff were great the breakfast was alright but the parking was always full at night one time they let me park on the drivein entrance but the next time I had a park one block away that wasn't good

They did not have meat for breakfast during the week. They also had no coffee one day and we had to wait for Starbucks. They found a large roach to in our room and many times our key did not work. We had to keep getting it re-coded Parking was horrible, cold coffee, no protein at breakfast during the week

The staff were friendly. The room.was.clean, the beds were comfortable and we love the breakfast.

Close to alot of establishments. a close drive to disneyland parking. not enough parking spaces and its very tight parking spots

The room was spacious and clean. The grounds were nice and the staff was great! Breakfast was delicious and a full breakfast which was nice! My one issue was that parking is very tight and does not support the number of clients staying at the hotel. We found a very tight spot but they waived the parking fee.

Alfred went out of his way to makesure she was checked and safe. He has a great sense of humour and let us know she only partied until 3am before we arrived. We walked to and from Disney returning at midnight. A couple of delicious tacos up the road on the way home. I would stay here again. The breakfast was traditional American scrambled eggs all you can eat waffles, bagels, yogurt coffee and a healthy apple to munch walking to Disney. Great price, great staff great fun! Alfred even looked after the kids while we picked up the RV. Nothing

Location and clean Breakfast staff was rude and cleaning people almost came into our room while we were dressing.

Great place to stay overnight, we arrived 1 am and still able to secure the place. Great breakfast but parking was a bit congested and hard to park

Hotel for its price and closeness to Disney are good. Rooms are fine but not great, our room smelled like weed the moment we walked in.

Rooms were spacious and clean I requested a ground floor and a crib we got third floor and no crib. When it said close to disney i thought it meant like walking distance. It is not walking distance uber charges about $8 and you pay at the hotel separate for parking about $17 and some change.

The property was very clean and well maintained. As soon as we walked into the room, we could immediately smell that it had been thoroughly cleaned. Everything was neatly organized, and there was no visible dust or signs of neglect. Overall, the cleanliness and presentation made a great first impression The breakfast was not very good compared to other stays I’ve had at the same hotel brand in different locations. In other properties closer to the beach, there is usually a much better variety, including fresh baked goods, scrambled eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, bagels, fruit, yogurt, and a wider selection of drinks and condiments. This location felt more limited in comparison. Parking was also a major issue. We paid a significant amount for parking but still struggled to find an available spot, and there were not enough accessible handicap spaces, which was very inconvenient. Noise was another concern. Children were running through the hallways and outdoor areas early in the morning and knocking on doors, which made it difficult to rest comfortably. One of the most uncomfortable parts of the stay was housekeeping entering our room while we were not there. This has never happened to us at other hotels, and while we appreciate cleaning services, it felt intrusive to have staff enter while our personal belongings were still in the room and we weren’t present never gave them the right to go in there.

Location was great and bed was comfortable. It appeared dated and old. It needs an upgrade.
