This place made my trip. Thank you

Great place to stay for going to Disney, however, the ultra kid friendly atmosphere might be a bit much for non kid travelers trying to get some sleep after Disney. They don’t enforce quiet hours and there are hidden fees in everything you do there. Overall all is good but don’t expect more than that for the price.

Loved the helpfulness of the staff , the location, & the pleasant room

Our room had black mold all over the bathroom. Fortunately, they were able to move us to a different room quickly and easily. I was given a 15% off food & beverage voucher for the trouble. I WAS TOLD by the receptionist to give the voucher to the front desk upon check-out. When I did, I was told they could not honor it. I was supposed to give the voucher to the restaurant staff. Also, one or both of the main elevators did not work throughout my stay. Sink and shower were clogged before use. Make your own decision but I will never stay at this property again.

Our stay was nice overall. The room was comfortable, but it felt a bit more outdated than I expected.

Very clean and the staff members were awesome! And we loved having a princess on site.

Everything was wonderful! The only bad experience we had was the shuttle coming back from Disney, a rude man pushed his way in front of me and my small child, almost knocking down my small child, leaving us to have to wait for the next shuttle. The driver did call another driver and he arrived minutes later. That wasn’t the hotels fault I blame that rude man’s mother for raising a horrible human being

My family and I had a great stay at the Majestic Garden Hotel, and I wanted to personally recognize Issei for the exceptional service he provided. From the moment we arrived, he was professional, courteous, and genuinely cared about making sure we had everything we needed. He was incredibly accommodating, always willing to help, and went out of his way to make our stay as comfortable as possible. It’s rare to come across someone who takes such pride in their work and treats guests with such kindness and attention. Thank you, Issei, for helping make our trip even more enjoyable. We truly appreciated your hospitality and hope the hotel knows what a valuable team member they have.

For a hotel that’s quite close to the Disneyland area, they sure do know how to reel in the tourists with charging for overnight parking, not being responsible for any amenities in the bedrooms like more toiletries if needed, and very very poorly cleaned rooms as well. I feel like for the amount of days we stayed, you’d think a busy facility like this would atleast offer to bring you new towels without having to ask at least! We stayed in the back hotel where the shower pressure was horrible, and the only cool thing that was desperately needed was the shuttle. Not to mention, they try to rock the antiques look but correct that to them just having an excuse to not have anything more updated. There were warnings everywhere about where we have to buy our own things or what not to do while staying there. We just felt overall like the stay was so controlled and not enjoyable at all. The staff was atleast nice and helpful but man. How much money are they trying to save ??

We had an amazing experience, from check in, using shuttle was super convenient, parking very convenient and check out is super easy. Theme parks are close to area.

Love it. Return every year.

Upon checking in there is a $200 deposit that they will need. I’m not sure the exact details as to why but we were also charged for parking each night we stayed. The room wasn’t the cleanest especially the bathroom. Though the hotel looks nice on the outside and the lobby too, the rooms could use some updating. The best way I can describe the smell inside is just…like very old. The elevators we went in also smelled a little of pee. This is the first and last time I’ll be staying here.

Property was clean and well maintained, friendly staff and the shuttle to Disney was on time and efficient.

Lobby is nice, rooms are outdated. Spacious rooms and the shuttle are the biggest selling point. Would stay here again for a budget trip. Nothing too fancy except nice pic ops in the lobby.

Spacious room, pet friendly, great location, kids loved it and the restaurants in it had great food also good in prices, and service. Pool was ok but they had a snack bar and showers out there so that was a plus. Theres no microwave in the rooms but we didnt care much for it after all most of the time since we can still manage to use the deli shop microwave anyway. Overall we will come here for sure!!!!!

This is now our go-to hotel when we come to Disneyland--and that's about 3 times a year. ;) We always make sure to ask if they have any upgrades for Expedia VIP members and they are always gracious about checking! The hotel really leans into Disney magic, and the rooms are comfortable and large. We always love staying here. The small deli/coffee shop/convenience store is also TOP NOTCH. We love that place!!
