Had a great stay. Staff was friendly and helpful :)

We asked a couple maintenance and cleaning staff where the location of things were in the hotel, they happily escorted us to where we needed to go, very nice. We ate at the sushi restaurant, super friendly staff, good service but the food was mid. Game room was outdated and not everything worked. We often used the cafe, very friendly lady, great ice coffee and the breakfast sandwich slaps. Pretty pricey for everything tho- but it’s a hotel so tbe. Pool area is nice, well kept. The shuttle was helpful getting to/frm the park, but coming back was a little stressful cus of how many ppl needed to get on, some had to get off and wait for the next shuttle. :/ We just took uber the next day instead of dealing w/it, $6 and worth it. Checking out was awkward, rude front desk staff. We left our baggage at the storage for the day while we went to DTD. When we got back to pick up and catch our flight, we let them know we were there to pick up, we waited 20min, asked 3 additional ppl for help, no one had a key. Eventually a lady with a clipboard walked by so we told her what was going on and she finally opened the door for us (so, not even the person we were “waiting” for). Seemed like there was no communication and it wasn’t anyone’s responsibility to help in that debt. Prob wouldn’t stay again, and just stay closer to the park next tim

Absolutely amazing stay for my 6 year olds birthday!! We did research on hotels that he wanted to stay at and he picked this one because it had the castle bunk bed. Plus the very helpful staff was a plus. The deli is very convenient with items that you might have forgotten plus they have food and snacks.

Garden hotel! Every single visit has been great and the rooms have always been beautiful and clean. However I wish I could say the same thing about this visit... my husband and I were traveling with our two children (ages 4 & 9 months) we booked our room online, same as every time before. When we arrived it was 11:30pm. The lady who checked us in was not the friendliest, seemed as though she didn't want to be at work or was having a bad night? Anyway we finally got to our room around midnight, before we could let the baby crawl on the floor, I had to get on the floor (& under the bed skirts) to pick up two handfuls of the leftover food, trash and debris from the previous guest that house keeping had not cleaned up. The room was not well maintained and there was clear evidence of a previous water leak on the wall the headboard were on and the ceiling. It wasn't until the last night of our stay (and started having problems breathing and headaches) that I noticed the bathroom had multiple locations with black mold growing underneath the sink. I'm so mad I didn't notice it the first night we arrived and my children were subjected to breathing in something so toxic.

Stayed in the section known as the tower, and it’s not as new or pretty as the main building but still over all a very nice stay. The hallways didn’t have AC but the room did and that was all that matters for a mid-August stay.

Room smelled like an old building, Room was very outdated, but the bed was comfortable

The hotel was perfect right next to Disney and the shuttle to the park whenever you want is priceless.highly recommend!this was our 2nd time and planning on staying here next year!!

No lotion or bar soap in the room

The shuttle to Disneyland resort was amazing, always prompt and we never had to wait in long lines or for very long at all! The rooms were satisfactory, but could be more clean (random objects found under/behind furniture when we dropped something, discoloration in the bathroom, etc) but nothing massive or totally deal breakers for us. The beds all had bed bug protectors on it which was very nice and reassuring to see. The decor was unusual sometimes where you can clearly tell they used an acrylic/fabric marker to draw designs on chairs, lamps etc.... but makes it feel more magical if you don't look super hard at stuff like I tend to do lol overall, amazing stay! We did feel a little salty that we had to pay $25 per day just to park our rental, however I know that is also common so not a huge deal either. Free parking would be a nice perk though!
