Staybridge Suites Anaheim At The Park by IHG

Upon check in we did not get the right room. Called for extra blankets staff was rude and said we needed to come and get them ourselves. Overall was not a good experience and will not book there again. Only plus was how close it was to the Disneyland parking garage.

It’s a three star. Not as clean and new as pics show. Lots of families do breakfast area gets SUPER crowded, as do the elevators. Walking distance to Disney if you’re on decent shape.

Super friendly staff

Breakfast good, parking $25 nightly. Clean and comfortable.

The property was close to destination to Disneyland; we were able to walk. The rooms. First room we given was a one bedroom suite with a pullout sofa. When we pulled out the sofa bed there wasn't enough room to completely unfold and it was crooked and broken. After waiting about 20 minutes (at 10 pm) we were taken to a second room. It was a bigger room but the air conditioning sounded like a semi truck was driving through the room and a dripping sound followed. Additionally, the bathroom door squeaked each time it moved (my husband gets up at least three times a night which didn't help)!

The room was clean and comfortable. The bed was SO comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. It is close enough to walk to Disneyland but I would recommend a LYFT. My only complaint is that the bathroom did not have any hooks to hang the wet towels. We ended up hanging the towels on hangers in the closet.

The room met our needs. Our bathroom light was broken and strobed the entire time. Our thermostat couldn't be adjusted up.or down. It was stuck at 72. The elevators have seen better days. One actually malfunctioned while we were there with guests trapped inside and emergency crews there. The staff at the front desk were absolutely AMAZING. They were very kind and welcoming. We weren't spending a lot of time in the room, so I didn't feel the need change rooms or complain a bunch. We stayed there 3 nights for our Disneyland trip. I needed a full size fridge and a stove traveling with teenagers. It was within walking distance of Downtown Disney and we used uber to and from the park on our reservation dates. I think it probably should have been slightly less expensive with all things considered, but it was good enough. Oh, I think the 25$ charge to park in the hotels parking garage is ridiculous. There is literally nowhere else to park.

We arrived at the hotel to find that they had overbooked and our reserved room was not available. They offered us a different room and gave us a refund on our deposit, but still charged us the room cost. Unfortunately the room they gave us was missing its couch, which we needed for an extra bed. When we called the front desk they said the best they could do is give us another room in another part of the hotel. Not something we wanted to do. Luckily it was a one night stay and we were on our way to our final destination in the morning. Pretty disappointed in this hotel. It was clean but very run down and in need of an update.

I tried to get them to add our stay to my husbands IHG account and the front desk man told us he couldn’t do anything for us. There however was one super friendly front desk lady who made my daughter feel super special for her birthday. That is the ONLY good thing that came out of our stay there for

In the morning I stopped at the lobby asking for the manager who wasn't there and the person that help me when I was giving him my complain, said that they were going to find out how that happened (without an apology for the huge mistake) and told me that they couldn't do anything as my reservation was made via Booking.com Worse service, stay away from that hotel as I heard from those same employees that on the same day 3 issues alike had happened. Besides that some of the lamps were broken

Convenient to Disneyland Parking was nearly impossible to find. Front desk clerk ended up having to let us park in the registration parking area both nights. I left clothes in the drawer and called five or six times over a week with promises that someone would call me back and never received a response. Just seems ridiculous. How hard is it to let me know if I can go pick up what I left before heading back to the East Coast (which I explained every time I called)? Lost a few favorite items that I’m disappointed about. Lesson learned!
