Staybridge Suites Anaheim At The Park by IHG

We had higher expectations for a Staybridge. The room was small and tight. Bathroom was outdated and small. Hotel has a weird smell. Elevators were broke .

Breakfast buffet the same everyday by the 3rd day you sick of the same thing, no lactaid milk, no gluten free bread. No shuttle to Disneyland we had to uber its close but too far and we got so exhausted. Beds were hard, having a full kitchen was nice. Having our rooms cleaned daily was nice but they but they won’t clean it unless you ask. Breakfast place to eat was limited and only 2 waffle makers so wait was a while. Afternoon snack was ok - it came across bare minimum was done. I won’t stay here again

Their breakfasts were great and the staff were awesome. Shout out to Irene, she made checking in a breeze and was really helpful. Walking distance to the Disney parks made the location perfect for us. We are coming back asap.

The bad- sofa bed was broken and no extra pillows or blankets for the sofa bed. I called to get my shampoo and conditioner refilled they never did. Bathroom was old and shower was dirty.

I love coming here this is literally my go to spot to book for when I’m going to Disneyland it’s literally affordable and you still get a magical experience so many families stay here for their Disney vacations too and the breakfast is great quality in my opinion and seeing all the little families up and ready for their Disney trips is so adorable I honestly will continue to come back here always

Location to destination Spilled water on rug used towel and the color was a dark haven’t washed the carpet in years color.

Not to far from Disney Smelled bad. Elevator was not working since I got there till I left. Put me in a room that was occupied and had to wait for them to find a room that would suit my stay.

Loved the layout of the suite and how close to the Disney parks it was. Staff at front desk was welcoming, friendly, super helpful and really caring. The cleaning staff however was a big let down. We constantly needed soap, coffee and toilet paper. I even left a note in my room one day, and it was trashed and not addressed. I know asking the front desk is the solution (which we did, more than once) but I just wished the cleaning staff would check the necessities more often.

we really liked the kitchenette in our room. Everything was clean and it was good to have someplace to keep food.

The food should be upgraded to a good standard, the breakfast was not good but ok that is if you are not from west Africa, were food taste the way the hearts that made them taste except if there are witches in your family, then sorry. In a nutshell the breakfast was very limited and tasteless and the ladies serving the breakfast seem very unhappy even with the tips they were receiving they looked cold and sad. The breakfast
