There was some confusion regarding a possible complimentary upgrade. I emailed ahead of time and was told they would try, so when I called, I was surprised to find out that the upgrade would actually come with an additional fee. I completely understand if a complimentary upgrade isn’t available—I didn’t mind that at all. It was simply the miscommunication that was confusing. The front desk staff member who helped us when we arrived was nice, but there was only one person working. If they needed to assist someone with a room issue, they would put up a sign saying they’d be back soon. After driving 6–7 hours, it was a little disappointing to arrive and then have to stand around waiting rather than feeling immediately welcomed. Another issue was the cleanliness around the office. There were ants and other bugs crawling around, which was especially noticeable when trying to get water from the dispenser. I’m not sure if the heat contributed to it, but it was definitely unusual and not something I expected. We also requested additional towels since we had three guests and the room initially had only one face towel, one hand towel, and three bath towels. The request itself was handled fine, but when the towels were delivered, the staff member waited outside o

Clean room, great location and room had perfect view of the fireworks at Disneyland

Not a bad hotel but rooms are pretty small. If it’s just for overnight i would stay but otherwise i would probably skip staying multiple days.

we loved how close to Disney and downtown Disney we were very walkable the room was very clean and spacious the coffee maker had no coffee or filters and it had hard water stains the ac was nice and cold the only things I noticed and that's because my family is in construction is the uneven shower tiles great view of the fireworks every night at 9:30PM we just had to open the curtains and had a good view obviously not as a great as you would see then from the park or Disney downtown but it was still great to see from bed at night would deffinetly stay there again

Every thing is good

The room was just ok. There is no real closet. Just a hanging rack. The bare minimum in the room. The parking is a joke. Spent about 10 minutes trying to squeeze into a parking spot. I would not stay here again.

Upon check in we were given a room on the first floor that had no windows, and had we only been staying for one night it probably wouldn't been too much of an issue but since we were there for three days, I asked to be moved. We were moved to a room on the third floor which actually had windows, so we appreciated that. The room was clean, large, and had been renovated but the bathroom held a slight sewage smell (which we mentioned at checkout and they said they were aware of) Although there was a coffee maker there was only decaf coffee, however we did appreciate that there was a mini fridge. The only ice machine was in the lobby, and although it was also broken, we were able to ask the front desk staff and they gave us a small bag of ice. Kind of inconvenient in very hot weather to have to climb down two flights of stairs and walk from one end of the hotel to the other to get some ice, but it's not the end of the world. Overall they have done a really great job of overhauling the motel, but there wasn't much for amenities. Decent price for what you get though, especially considering that it is within decent walking distance from Disney. Overall it was good, the staff were very friendly, and I would recommend it if you aren't looking for anything fancy.

The hotel was very nice and clean. Staff is really nice and efficient. Only thing is I wish parking was better so that my car wouldn’t have ended up getting damaged.

They need to work in having all property clean even the outside.

Great location and the staff were very helpful! Room was very nice and spacious.

Perfect place to stay for a Disney trip. Not a lot of frills just what you need. It's been updated very nicely but must have been some water damage in our room because the vinyl floors were damaged and warping. It wasn't a big deal and didn't bother us as we wre only there to sleep a night and get on the road. would definitely stay again.

Great hotel for a budget! Staff was nice and our room was great!

Parking is really tight here. We stayed in a downstairs room it was clean and cute. The only trouble was that you can hear everything… traffic people walking up the stairs.

The property was exactly how I expected it to be. My only feedback would be to grease the hinges on the exterior doors. They squeak quite a bit. Otherwise our stay was great!

Room wasn't clean, no staff at the office its not well maintained hotel. Walls are paper thin. Heard my noisy next door neighbors loud with conversations. Not walking distance to the park. More like 15 minutes to the tran bus station of Mickey and Pals. Good thing about the hotel AC.

Property was decent and nice. Very small location and parking was tight. It’s an older property but recent changes. Air conditioning could use some big improvements it got really hot at not and never seemed to get cooled off. Beds were ok, it worked for the 2 nights we stayed but would not stay if I had gone to the parks all day, we walked to downtown and it was a 20+ walk not bad if you hadn’t walked all day, which we didn’t. It fit our budget for this trip. We did have some unwanted bugs that I did tell front desk about and the blow dryer that was provided was sending sparks out, I also gave that to the front desk. I wasn’t expecting anything off my room but it would’ve been nice to have an option too.

My biggest disappointment was that the hotel advertised complimentary breakfast, but it was not actually available during my stay. The front desk told me they had not offered breakfast in years, even though my reservation clearly showed it as an included amenity, as reflected in the attached screenshot. I was also told that on-site management was unavailable and that I should email them, but I never received a response.

The beds had some type of plastic on the mattress and very noisy! The floors were dirty, should mop daily.
