SpringHill Suites Anaheim Maingate

The beds were super comfortable. The staff were all so nice. Rooms were super clean. Staff had pack and play set up and even helped set up the trundle bed so it was ready when we got back from Disneyland. We thought there was a tram. You can walk but I'm not sure if there is an stroller friendly/accessible way to get to the bridge that takes you to the parks. They need a tram. A lot of hotels in the area say they have one. Call a head to make sure.

Superb

We thoroughly enjoy our stay every time. It is very close to Disneyland, which is why we stay there.

Breakfast was decent. Parking was convenient. The room layout was well designed for families. I like that the gym had a water station. I liked how they provided a discount for Uber Eats.

I will be booking again.

The location is great for Disneyland

Great location and use for a family of 6

Everything was very clean and was properly functioning. Staff was very helpful.

Superb

Great location! No complaints.

Clean, spacious rooms with great amenities. Breakfast options were very good and the pool/jacuzzi was a great way to relax in. About a 20 minutes walk to Disneyland front gate.

Lose to Disneyland. Nice big rooms. Good mattress and pillow. Bathroom smelled a bit. Breakfast was limited and boring.

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and well stocked with towels and tp. The hallways smelled fresh and pleasant. Breakfast buffet was very good with hot and cold breakfast choices. We enjoyed one whole day around the pool and hot tub. The kids enjoyed special treat bags, nachos and churros, complimentary in the lobby that day! It was within walking distance to Downtown Disney. Easy Uber trip to other parks and airport. Overall, a VERY nice stay for our time at Disneyland!

Very nice place

The room was nice and fresh when we got there.

Everything was excellent! I am extremely picky about my hotels ( just ask my husband) Staff was kind and able to help us with anything we may needed or questions about. Breakfast was delicious and had a good variety of food. Room was comfy and clean. I would highly recommend staying there. Thanks for a great experience!

Excellent service. Clean room. Large enough for all 8 of us without feeling like we were packed in.

Dissatisfied with the rooms conduction as well as it not matching any of the photos on the booking. Booked and paid extra for a fireworks view and was on ground level looking directly into the parking lot and a wall with 3 inches is the top of the window being able to see the smoke from the fireworks. Staff stated it’s what we booked and that’s all they have even though they admitted it doesn’t look like the photos. Photos showed a tub and a shower. Room only had a shower. Staff showed no care to admitting it was wrong. Also asked to switch rooms paying for a new room as well. Was denied due to being fully booked but when looking online still showed available rooms
