Room was clean, spacious and comfortable. Hotel staff was friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was very good!! Would stay here again.

The hotel is next door to Disneyland. Got to see the fireworks from my windows.

It was a very clean and friendly facility. Made my family’s easy and convenient.

Overall the cleanliness was great, breakfast was great and amenities were great!

Clean, close to Disney.

Overall, our experience was okay, but the biggest disappointment was the breakfast. The menu was exactly the same every day, which became repetitive and unappealing during a longer stay. If you're only staying for 1–3 days, this probably won't be an issue, but for a longer visit, more variety would make a big difference.

Very Close to Disney Parks, I enjoyed my stay, breakfast was good, pool and room are very clean, ❤️ bilingual and friendly staff. Linda, at breakfast area was very nice and helpful. I just dont understand the need for a parking fee, theirs No security guard on site.

I wish breakfast had a bit more to offer. More variety in fruit, offer bacon, egg and sausage all in one day and not alternate.

We had a great stay for our Disneyland trip. We loved the little cartoonish mouse doors hidden around the hotel lobby for decoration. Put you right in the Disney spirit! The hotel is about a 20 minute walk to Disney and has sidewalks all the way. The breakfast was fine but nothing really special. The pool was warm and clean. The hotel overall was very clean but there was a weird smell as soon as you got off the elevator to our floor that I didn’t like. But otherwise everything was great!

We booked 3 suites that claimed to sleep 7 people. They slept 6 at minimum. The sofa and trundle were twin size. The queens were more like full size beds.

Stay was for eight days, housekeeping was not done everyday. Nothing worse than going to the restroom and being without paper. Overall Vacation stay was a solid A- .

Everything was excellent

Cons: our couch smelled like vomit, our room was at the ground floor so we heard footsteps above us. The room temperature was uncomfortable. Turned it at 73 and it was too cold. Changed it to 74 and it was too warm. Therefore, sleep was interrupted. The shower temperature changes. Often it’d get warmer throughout. Gym was very basic. Just weights and treadmill.

I recently stayed at springhill in Anaheim I usually go to element but they were booked, so I decided to get another hotel and came across this one which I’m always scared to try a new hotel outside of my comfort zone. So when I checked in everything was fine the staff at front desk did the process and when it came to pay i paid the room and she asked for a 150 for deposit paid with my card and done. Got to my room fridge was not working and microwave was broken told the night staff but no one came up. I called and went down nothing was done. Omg also the pillows are the worst no sort of comfort at all you might as well lay without it. Sofa beds were uncomfortable then around 1am my card was charged I didn’t give authorization they took 282.33 from my card and I went down in the morning and told them and they said that was for accidental okay so I next day we were out all day in Disney when we left our room is the way we left it came back clean and my husband noticed his wedding ring band and 2 bracelets were missing
