Location Not clean and breakfast really bad ... the whole stay same breakfast ..

Perfectly adequate hotel. Clean. Check in was a very long process. We had a reservation, we’d given a credit card and ID. Shouldn’t have to stand at that desk for 10 minutes. Also, for a hotel that exists to be near Disneyland (it’s literally named for the Disney main gate), it’s not special in any way. Or fun. Zero magic.

We loved everything about the property the staff with friendly. The rooms were comfortable. The property was well taken care of. There’s nothing that I didn’t like about the property. I just wish they had a shuttle to Disneyland.

Rooms are súper clean!

The hotel was very nice, roomy and comfortable. The pool was adequate, jacuzzi was good. The staff was generally helpful and friendly. The complimentary breakfast was very good. When we arrived in the late afternoon, we were very hungry and wanted to find a restaurant with decent fare. We were told there was nothing close by and we would have to drive a few miles, which we did. We ended up in a less-than-desirable neighborhood with not-so-good food, but we were hungry and had a child to feed. I would suggest that perhaps the staff compile a list of desirable restaurants with directions for their guests. We was a bit distressing was the discovery that there was a restaurant at the next door Holiday Inn, and the staff did not inform us.

Perfect parking for Disney

It was nice and close to our destination Staff was not upfront about charges. Told me I would get my deposit back but failed to tell me my deposit would go towards parking.

Pool was great, staff was wonderful. I needed another night and they were very accommodating. They had a little map to help people walking to disney. Everyone was so friendly answering questions which I am sure they have heard a million times. Breakfast was great, good hours and lots of oatmeal toppings! Honey!! I wish the pool was open a little later. It would be nice to go for a swim after a long day at disney. The walking distance from disney was a little longer then advertised. Wish they had some kind of pastry for breakfast.

We enjoyed our stay, We enjoyed much of the amenities. Kids loved the pool. Very clean hotel.

Hotel stay was great staff was very friendly not a far distance from Disney room was nice and cozy breakfast was great there is a lot of Lil easter eggs with fairy doors through the hotel i thought was pretty good would book a room here again for the next trip

It is close to Disneyland and had a good breakfast. You have to pay extra for parking and the street noise is loud
