I booked online and paid upon my booking prior to checking in with that said I get there days later and they don’t have any of the rooms that I booked available. How is that when I paid upfront anyways they make it up by finding a small upgraded room, however, after paying the security deposit when I got my refund, it wasn’t the full refund yet I left the room extremely clean did most of the work for them as far as picking up trash and what not having it ready by the door I don’t understand. They said I would get the full refund back but yet I didn’t and the parking price is kind of ridiculous $40 a night is rather high for a place like this, no in room phone for calling the front desk other than that the actual property itself was very nice and clean. Bed was extremely comfortable along with pillows. Breakfast was mediocre although I paid for two when I should’ve paid for one and booking online says it was included, although it was an additional charge. Pool wasn’t as clean as I would have liked it to be nor is it heated

Staff was great but the hotel itself is falling apart and nasty. The bed we had was stained. There was white ice cream, looking goo all over the side of the nightstand. The door had a gap and did not seem like it was locked safely at all. For being a hotel so close to Disney it’s absolutely abysmal for them to leave this level of uncleanliness. Wish I could get my money back.

This hotel is great for a Disney vacation and for families. We loved it! Clean and friendly staff.

The breakfast was awesome as usual. Rooms are clean and we love that is so close to Disneyland. We always have door card issues. It seems as though one of them never works and we have to go back to get it fixed. This time, some of them worked one day, and then the next, they quit. It's pretty frustrating. Also our door to the room latch was not working very well. We came back two times and our room was not locked after the cleaning crew was done. The outside door latches to our building were not working also. People could just walk into the building without a key card.
-
Rooms are extremely small, bathroom and shower extremely small especially if your a taller guy like myself feels like your showering in a camper, smoke detector goes off everytime u take a shower and was not just in our room we were hearing them constantly throughout our stay. Building we stayed is was under renovation as well. Only upside is the 10 min walk to downtown disney, but will not stay again

The system was down when checking in. Checked in late at night so it wasn’t busy. Granted that’s tough for the staff but took almost 30 minutes to finally get checked in and into my room. When I got to the room, the door to the room was propped open with the security latch from the inside. I’ve never seen that before. Was way too tired to complain or change rooms since that probably wouldn’t taken a while and all I wanted to do was go to bed. I checked the room to make sure nothing strange was going on. Paid $122 plus $34 to park for one night. You get what you pay for I guess.

The room was always clean, the staff were polite, friendly, respectful and answered all questions that I had! Breakfast was delicious

This hotel was convenient for my family to be close to Disney.
-
The only problem with this property is that they charge you for everything- parking, breakfast and taxes are ridiculously high. There were taxes I haven’t even heard of before. I will say the location was very good especially if you are going to Disneyland.

My children really enjoyed this hotel. It was very kid friendly. They enjoyed the splash pad, the Disney movies at the lobby or a company by popcorn and their breakfast.
-
Charges on my credit card that shouldn’t have been there. The sink was leaking kept leaking so they fixed it. They never fixed it. The floor by the bathroom was soaking wet so they fixed it and never got fixed. they did say they would take off the parking charge for inconvenience, but I’m still being charged trying to get a hold of the hotel and having a hard time.

The room was fine; however, the TV did not work for a full day, and the room keys continued not to work throughout our 2-day stay.
-
Old and outdated facilities. Our room and hotel common areas smell old and dusty/musty. There are multiple buildings that were unsecured/unlocked. There was no need to have a key card to enter them because they did not lock and could just be pulled open. Overall very run down.
-
It’s close to downtown Disney The front desk is so slow. And so rude. The tone towards people swiping their cards for hundred or even thousands for a shitty run down hotel is absurd.
-
Hotel is dirty, staff are not very friendly. The had no towels one of the nights we were there and their attitude towards the issue was off putting.
-
I was chraged $33.99 for an overnight parking which was not propey detailed in their website. This Hotel is a big Joke. And their staff are Rude. Do not come on this hotel. Its a waste of money

Perfect spot for a Disney trip. Easy drive to DLand parking.

We stay at holiday inn express all over the country. This is by far the worst hotel we stayed at. Oh and there is the $21 breakfast buffet. Not worth $5 let alone $21
