Holiday Inn Hotel & Suites Anaheim by IHG

Good breakfast, decent rooms (can use some upgrades), splash pad was good except water there was circulated which is gross for being there. Breakfast was good. Plenty of paid parking, Disney DT is about 10 min walk.

Everything was great about our stay

All was ok the only issue that I had was that after a whole day in disney we get to the hotel room and the room had not been clean beds where not made and the use towels where still there.

Place looks old. Pillows and bed were good. No free breakfast. Bathrrom needa remodeling too

The only thing I dont like is the 100 dollars depoi8they request at check in.

I like that it is close enough to Disneyland

Awesome property Disneyland was just a 15 min walk away.. room was clean.. also great little water park for my two year old she loved it and made the trip much better!

Waited over an hour to check in, no AC in lobby. Line was out the door in 90 degree weather.

The A/C does not work very well. I had to switch room due to issue. Room was not properly cleaned there was old food in fridge. The fees of this hotel were excessive. I will never stay at this property again.

Front desk was awful there was mold in our room

We stayed 5 days to be close to Disney park which is almost a mile away. The hotel was okay, decent buffet breakfast and friendly staff. However the A/C in the room was set at 75 despite setting it at 69. When I complained the staff said that the rooms have sensors and if they are not one in the room, the A/C stays at 75, which was disappointing because when you are outside under the heat, you expect a cool room temperature. For this reason I would not return again.

Rooms are clean and staff was so welcoming and accommodating. Perfect for family getaways

Sink was clogged upon arrival.. staff was very helpful however

First time staying here. Rooms were decent. Ac didn’t work well, but staff were alerted and was fixed by the time we came back. While standing at the counter, a small Mickey “mouse” was noted running across the lobby floor. Room itself was muggy with a faint odor. Just didn’t seem “clean”. Can’t say I would stay here again.

Pool was closed also the bathroom has no fan or circulation so the wallpaper is peeling and the refrigerator was turned off you have to manually turn it on. They don’t tell you this so if you put food or drinks in it without turning it on first don’t expect it to be cold in the morning

Its being renovated so not the newest finishes but the splash pad and pool and location were the best and walking to Disneyland without having to cross a major highway was priceless.
