Best Western Courtesy Hotel - Anaheim Resort Amusement Park

Awsome place to stay highly recommend exceeded expectations in general. From location to staffing!

Clean and friendly staff The traffic noise is very loud

My 4-yr-old granddaughter FaceTimed me excited because the hotel room I booked for her birthday had a very comfortable bed and a big t.v! Also I had originally booked two different rooms by error and the hotel arranged it so that my daughter and granddaughter did not have to move to a different room. Everything was perfect!

Location Location Location Nothing it was fair for what you pay..

Location is walking distance to Disneyland. The rooms were extremely hot. House keepers come every three days. When housekeepers arrived, they only made the beds and emptied waste baskets. We had to request removal of dirty towels and ordered clean towels. The breakfast area has a 15 min seating limit, or you have the option to take a tray to your room. A second waffle maker would help speed of the process.

Staff was very friendly and even checked on us to make sure we were satisfied with the room. It was very clean and smelled great! The breakfast area was small but they did have some extra seating outside.

Location was close to Disneyland. Room was sizable and clean. Breakfast was good. Price was great. The parking situation is a bit tough.

It was very clean and it seemed to have been recently remodeled. I don’t know whether it was Booking.com, or the Property, but I was under the impression that there was a shuttle to and from Disneyland. Upon arrival, I was informed that that had ended in March. The only options is a public bus or Uber. It’s about a mile so with the walking at the park, it’s a lot.

Room looked clean and new they offered breakfast I loved the jacuzzi and super close to Disney Not close to any fast food but we made the drive

Breakfast was really good. The rooms extremely clean and comfortable. Only down fall was the fridge in the room took a long time to cool our drinks. Friendly staff

Best value in all of Anaheim in my opinion The other guests aren’t considerate of others that may be sleeping when they get their brats up early for Disneyland. Not the hotels fault tho.

I liked that there was a room with the option of 3 beds It is not as close as I thought to Disneyland and no shuttle available. The AC in our room didn’t really work and when we opened window there was no screen on it not safe for our kids on the 3rd floor. The breakfast also wasn’t that good
