I like that there was no deposit. I didn’t like that the first room I was given was dirty and so I was moved to another room which was also dirty and while I was in there house keeping was cleaning because they hadn’t finished from the previous guest. I tried to get a refund but they would not refund me. :/

Unfortunately, shortly after checking into our first room, I noticed a bug that appeared to be a bed bug. I took both pictures and video and immediately went to the front desk. They asked if we wanted to move to another room, and we did. In the second room, the toilet was extremely loud while filling and then would not flush properly. I reported it to the front desk, and to their credit, they did have someone fix it while we were at Disneyland. Overall, the rooms and property are pretty old and could definitely use some updating. The staff did respond to the issues we reported, which I appreciated, but finding what appeared to be a bed bug in the first room was obviously very concerning. The main advantage of staying here is how close it is to Disneyland.

I liked the valet being included with the parking per night fee!! It was really great not having to stress on finding parking or squeezing in between other vehicles!! Valet employees were super friendly & helpful as well as the front desk staff!! That the parking lot was small, but I didn't have to stress about it. :)

They canceled my reservation & didn’t notify me. Their excuse was they changed ownership, so anything booked under Days inn was cancelled but they sure charged my card. I was standing in the front for a while before I just called the hotel & that’s when she walked out on her personal phone. The front desk person was extremely rude & wasn’t willing to help.

It was an old run down motel. The faucet on the sink was eroded terribly and pieces of metal and crust and black stuff I’m assuming was mold were falling into my hands as I was using the water. Under the ledge of the shower wall was black and moldy and crusty as well. When I laid in the tub(because the tub as actually clean) to bathe you could see it under the little ledge but couldn’t see it standing up in the shower. The mattress was so uncomfortable I didn’t sleep well at all with the pressure of the springs poking me, the towels were hard and crusty and stained a little light staining. The comforter had little cigarette burn holes and the mattress fitted sheet and cover kept coming off I had to keep fixing it. Everything was so old and outdated and dingy the walls and everything. Looks like something from the 70’s or 80’s. There was someone’s nasty hair sitting on the ground by the toilet like a little gob or hair from washing their hair. And there were little bugs flying around in the room like little mosquitoes or something. The carpet was dark so couldn’t tell if it was clean but I wore or sandals to walk around on it because it seemed like it was gross when your skin touched it. Can’t describe it. The side dressers were so old the material was lifting and bubbling from water damage over the years. Very old weather pressed wood dresser flaking apart. The ice bucket inside looked to have a little bit of sticky stuff on it like it was used and not washed.

The location near Disneyland The rooms did not look clean . When we left the room the next day that we arrive . When we came back the bed was undone and they just pick up the towels . I thought when you leave to go about your day . They come in a clean .

I liked the mini fridge. On the website it says it’s 0.3 miles away from Disneyland but that is very misleading since it is actually around 1 mile to get to the main gates. The non smoking room still stank.

There was nothing to like. The staff were not very accommodating. I repeatedly called the office because we were having trouble finding the entrance to the property they never answered the phone. When I finally arrived the attendant said that he could see me on the camera. I asked why didn’t you answer the phone? He did not respond. We asked for a rollaway because we had two adults and 4 children. Attendant said that the rollaway was in the room. I was given card key that did not work. I called the attendant and again no answer. My son went to get another key twice and it did not work. Attendant came with a key and it did not work for him either. We were switched to another room with no rollaway. I had to sleep on the floor. The hotel was in shambles. Tattered curtains. The cabinet/dresser was broken and deteriorated to the point that there were blocks of wood that were nailed to the dresser where the wood was damaged. There was also trash behind the dresser. The bathroom floor was very dirty. In the morning on check out I asked to be compensated in some way because I had to sleep on the floor. The female attendant said the system wouldn’t allow it.
