Days Inn & Suites by Wyndham Anaheim At Disneyland Park

Queda a unos pocos minutos caminando…estaba limpio y siempre atendían con loq ocupabas …lo único Esq ofrecen cuna pero la cuna del bebé nunca llegó aún pedimos por ella 2 veses … pero si tienen el lugar limpio cómo se ve en las fotos … deberían de dar más especificaciones del servicio de shuttle Asia los parques ya q todo es confuso. Y tienen desayuno los wafles muy deliciosos .

Loved the free parking and the free shuttle. But the parking was kinda hard to find at nights when we came back to the hotel late so We would have to find random parking spots. Breakfast was simple nothing special. Rooms are outdated but we were only there to sleep so that didn’t matter.

Clean, and proximity to Disneyland

clean room, spacious room, fresh linens every day, breakfast was perfect, walking distance from Disney was 10-15 min, A/C was working and blew COLD air (that's a huge plus for us considering we are from az) the shuttle service to and from Disney was fantastic! PLEASE Tip the drivers! All staff members that we encountered were FANTASTIC and very helpful. Thank you to all staff members and housekeeping!

I would not recommend staying at this hotel. The office staff was incredibly rude and unhelpful from the moment I arrived. Instead of making guests feel welcome, they seemed more interested in enforcing unreasonable rules. There is a strict 9:00 PM no-visitors policy, and only one vehicle is allowed per room, which is extremely inconvenient if you're traveling with family or friends. The room itself had ants, which made the stay very unpleasant. The pool was green and cloudy, and it clearly didn't look clean or safe to swim in. To make matters worse, the shuttle service staff was rude and provided poor customer service. Overall, between the unfriendly staff, dirty facilities, and restrictive policies, this was a very disappointing experience. I won't be staying here again, and I wouldn't recommend it to others.

The room was musty and had a stale odor. It triggered allergies to an uncomfortable level. The rest was fine.

it was quite and clean. Nice location. The bathroom shower curt ain was too short. Water got on the floor every time you take a shower. Rugs needed to be shampooed. Need Vending machines.

Great location, 25 minute walk to Disneyland, loved the free breakfast, and the room was great. Only 1 car is allowed to park, we had to pay another hotel across the street $80 to park our car since we had an additional vehicle - it was inconvenient since there were plenty of open car spots too. The shower curtain in the bathroom was too short and water just got all over the floor so we always had a mess to clean after a shower.

Nothing The bathroom toilet leaks. The lights flicker. The shuttle to Disneyland runs every hour.

The breakfast was okay, but nothing special. Unfortunately, the biggest issue during our stay was the staff. The only staff member who was consistently friendly and pleasant was the younger shuttle driver. He was very kind and provided excellent customer service. On the other hand, the older gentleman working at the hotel was rude on multiple occasions. After a long day at Disneyland, I sat by the pool to eat while my kids played. I honestly did not notice the signs stating that food was not allowed in the pool area, as this has never been an issue at other hotels I have stayed at. When I was informed of the rule, I immediately apologized and put my food away. However, the older gentleman responded by asking if I was unable to read the signs. While I understand that I was in the wrong and should have noticed the rules, I was genuinely exhausted and felt his response was unnecessarily rude. I also had an unpleasant interaction with housekeeping when I asked for extra towels. The staff member was rude, which honestly made me hesitant to use the towels I had because I did not want

The location to Disney you can’t beat for the price. It has a great shuttle service that always helps after a long Disney day. The rooms are so comfy and always clean. Everything was great

Can’t beat the free parking and the easy walk to Disneyland.

The room had a bad mildew musty smell.

Great location and hot tub. The shuttle to the park didn’t come at convenient times so it was better to walk. There were ants in our room and despite telling the staff they didn’t do anything about it.

Overall it was good. The staff was helpful, the rooms were clean, the shuttle to the park worked out really well. It was a really decent place.
