The stay itself was wonderful I just wish that whoever cleaned our room before we went in there would have cleaned under the or behind the furniture 'cause we wanted to put our beds together so when I moved the beds there was a lot of dirt under the bed furniture and when I moved the furniture where the fridge is there was a lot of dirt behind it as well

Done stay here. It was a party place not a kids zone.

Need more outlets by bed and better lighting in room

Superb

The room was not cleaned well, the toilet was dirty, there was sticky stuff on the seat on both sides where the lid sat, it was pretty gross. Mold on the base and caulking that could easily be cleaned with bleach, and the tub was dirty, and there was a crack in the tub by the overflow cover that was rusting, and the shower faucet kept dripping even though I turned all the way off. My socks were black after walking around the room for 5 minutes. AC only worked intermittently, traffic noise was SO loud from the freeway, if you stay here, definitely ask for a room away from that side of the hotel. Several of their door sensors were broken so it was not easy to get from my car in the parking lot to my room, had to walk around the entire hotel instead to find a gate door where my key card would work. The folks at the front desk and restaurant were nice and helpful so that was nice at least.

10 minute walk to Disneyland park entrance.

The customer service was amazing. It is a great option if you are going to Disneyland. The pool was our favorite part.

I will not be coming back.

The room had all broken lights and lamps, pillows old and flat. Room was over dumpster and smelled like it, do to the 1" gap under the entry door all we smelled was the dumpster. Not to mention the trash in the halls and the elevators.

Walls are thin and children literally screaming (no not crying. Screaming like murder) for hours on end in the middle of the night was absolutely awful, but not a fault of the hotel (though the front desk would do nothing to even contact the room)

My boyfriend and I were there recently this early September and we had the best stay! We really appreciated how above and beyond they went for us to make our anniversary celebration really special. The staff was friendly and kind. The pool was really clean! Overall, we are more likely to stay here again when we come back and visit Disneyland.

Right on highway

Stayed here for our Disney trip. Had some key/door issues and the staff solved them promptly. The pool and hot tub were clean and useful. Yes there’s noise but when you’re tired it doesn’t matter lol would stay again.

Amazing hotel and amazing room

Everything was great, outside a discrepancy on the parking payment but that manager lady whose name I didn't catch handled it promptly. We will for sure be staying here again on our next trip.

I really didn’t care for anything at this property . The rooms were dark and lacked good lighting , it was on the 5 freeway and loud , it’s a glorified motel really . I paid $331 for a suite and had to be moved immediately due to the dark negative uncomfortable nature of the room and no privacy between rooms when traveling with a child which is why I got a suite to begin with . They moved us to a double queen so my daughter could have a proper bed to sleep on and I was supposed to get a $140 refund to which I have yet to see and I checked out early am yesterday . I was also charged an extra $100 for an unknown reason . This was an absolute waste of money and time . They told us check in was 3pm and neither rooms were ready until 5pm . DO NOT RECOMMEND STAYING HERE !
