Four Points by Sheraton Anaheim

Staff are good but property is run down. The safe did not work in my first room and was not fixed when I asked. The tub was very slow to drain and this was fixed immediately. I came home from Disney to a steady drip of water from the ceiling and a steady drip with a large puddle of water. Called front desk they said that maintenance would come I waited about an hour or so and no one showed up. I went to front desk to ask for new room which I was given so they could fix the leak. The noise from hi5 is undeniable but you get used to it. It is about 15 min from Disney which was great

If we could have cancelled our reservation and received a refund we would have. I wouldn't recommend. Now, the hotel is within walking distance to the parks, about 15 mins, and it's a straight shot, that was nice. You can see the park fireworks from the pool side.

short easy walk to disneyland across one road and down one street along the side of the park. lovely staff, free water bottles in room each day. comfy beds in large rooms, smaller bathroom but great water pressure and heat in shower with shampoo/conditioner/shower gel provided. slight noise from the road at times but earplugs provided if needed! will return

We were concerned with noise from roads so close, but We did not even notice. We were on the second floor poolside. I thought it was cool that the hot tub and pool were open 24/7. We were never at the pool very late, just until fireworks were over, but still thought it was cool. There is a very good view of DL fireworks from the pool area. Actually we had a good view right outside our door too. Somebody else’s bar/restaurant tab was added to our account. Once we told them it was wrong the figured it out and corrected our account without any issues. The employees at the restaurant were super friendly. Really every employee was friendly and helpful The one real problem we had was that We waited for an hour past 3pm check in and our room still wasn’t ready. They ended up giving us a different room. It doesn’t sound like a big deal but when you have been traveling all day you just want to chill. I thought parking was expensive at $30+ PER DAY. I don’t know how that is in comparison to other hotels in the area, but we thought it was expensive. They never left enough towels and wash clothes for 4 people. They did empty the trash and made the beds daily. The room was clean, but our coffee,cups, liner for the ice bucket were never replenished. They last night we noticed a lot of stains on a few pillowcases.

It was close to Disney The car door wouldn’t open it was a headache walking back and forth to the gentleman in the front till someone came to open it .

The rooms were old and falling apart. The shower rod was broken. Water kept going everywhere. The room smelled.

Horrible experience. The hotel overbooked rooms and stated that we never booked. I showed them the confirmation on the app and the confirmation number. Expedia contacted them and they placed them on hold and never picked up. I always use Expedia and this never happened to me. Thankfully Expedia helped me with this horrible situation. Looking at the reviews I should’ve known better. Plus the pictures are not what the hotel looks like at all.
