Quality Inn Placentia Anaheim Fullerton

The shower handle falls off when your trying to shower. My son wanted to take a bath and the bathtubs drain cover doesn't work so he couldn't take a shower. The USB plug by the bed doesn't work. We had to use a box plug to charge our devices. But the pool was very clean. The front desk employee are very nice and helpful. The breakfast include was great. There are plenty of parking space. The one thing I love best is the early check in which they allowed me to check in even though I arrived way before 3pm. I got there at 12pm and the front desk was nice to let me check on early plus it was a hot day. This was my 2nd time staying at this hotel. I though universal studio Hollywood was 30 min away but it was 1 hrs away. I would come back to this hotel for my next visit to Universal studio or Disneyland.

Room was clean but building is out of date. AC worked well though. The pool was nice. We were woken up at 3am to men fighting outside and slamming and banging the door in rooms beside us. My husband went to go get ice and there were 3 men standing outside of our door, when he came back they were gone. That was scary. He said they didn’t even say hello, just stared at him as he walked to get the ice. Not the best neighborhood but our families things did not get stolen from the back of their truck so that was nice. Breakfast was okay, they had options and a menu that switched to 3 different things every other day.

Horrible experience. Hair in bathtub & bathroom floor., shower curtain missing. Coffee maker broken. Phone in room didn’t work. Had to go 2 times to office to complain. Told sold out. Staff was completely utterly no use. Was told mgr would call us next day to arrange a credit. SURPRISE !! Nothing ever happened. Shame. I dare them to write we are sorry about your experience. Definitely try somewhere else.

It was a good stay the only thing I would not get the room that I had because it was by like a door where everybody kept going in and out you can hear him at night, but man the day was good. The hotel was clean and breakfast was good.

Not a bad stay, pretty quiet area. Looks like it could be updated inside the halls and room, but was still clean. Breakfast was good too.

We had a great stay at Quality Inn Placentia Anaheim Fullerton! The location is very convenient, close to Disneyland, Anaheim. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The atmosphere was calm and pleasant, which made our stay very enjoyable.I would definitely recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again!

The kitchen refrigerator was not repaired in time. Our food could not be kept fresh.

Breakfast was okay. And the pool area was clean but that's about it. Here’s a clear, detailed review that explains your experience: I would not recommend staying at this hotel. Our experience was disappointing from the moment we arrived. We were given a room key to a room that was already occupied by another family. Walking into someone else’s room was incredibly uncomfortable and a serious safety and privacy concern for both our family and the guests already staying there. As we were walking through the hallways with our children, the smell of marijuana smoke was overwhelming. It was disappointing to be exposed to that in what should have been a family-friendly environment. Throughout the night, there was loud music that made it difficult to get any sleep. On top of that, the rooms have virtually no soundproofing. You can hear everything—from faucets running to normal conversations in neighboring rooms—as if the walls were paper-thin. Overall, between the security issue, the marijuana smoke in the hallways, the excessive noise, and the lack of privacy due to poor soundproofing, this was one of the worst hotel experiences we’ve had. We won’t be returning and cannot recommend this hotel to other families.

Trying to overcharge us my credit card got hacked by one of you freaking companies Not a thing

Housekeeping was very lacking we asked for trash removal and new towels twice and they never showed up had to ask front desk to finally get us towels at 11 at night

My room was average, but the carpet was filthy and lots of stains. The chair (cloth chair) was dirty, could not convince myself to sit in it. If you like very soft matresses you'll love the king ,sink right in. Make sure to bring hand soap because, no soap is provided.

Basic no frills stay - breakfast is always over before I get up, so I cant review.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel was located in a ghetto place. The construction workers slept in their cars in the parking lot at nighttime. The construction workers ate their dinners on the curbside and drank their beers in the parking lot every night. Safety was a very serious matter. The breakfast was bad.
