Check in was fast and easy . Tv had no remote went to ask the front desk for one he gave me one that didn’t work on the Tv so the Tv wasn’t connected. There was no shower curtain so I couldn’t take a shower and the restroom toilet didn’t not flush. I check out after 4hrs of being there cause I was so frustrated I told the front desk and they did nothing about it .

This hotel has the basics but you can tell its been renovated. Its very clean and the staff are very nice.

Cozy hotel, friendly staff, and a hearty, varied breakfast with fresh omelets, though I feel the cleanliness left a little to be desired.

The hotel wasn’t even open for business. Expedia let us book a room and the line employee sitting at the property said they aren’t even open during renovations. Nothing like traveling for 10 hours and showing up to find that you don’t even have a bed.

Bad experience. There's is a couple staying in the next room I have been staying. All night they were shouting and making noice . After repeated complaint no action taken. It was hard to sleep and imagin the situation when person need to walk up early morning 4am and had to drive long way

I would highly recommend the Best Western Plus Anaheim Orange County Hotel to everyone. Our room was clean, spacious enough and the staff was so welcoming and friendly. I would definitely stay there again. Breakfast was good and the ladies who served the breakfast were so nice. The price was very fair. Thank you for a great experience!

Very clean rooms, enjoyed the firmness of beds. Very helpful breakfast staff. Very enjoyable stay for me, my wife, son and grandsons. There was nothing I didn't like.
