Breakfast was great. Location was great. The toilet in room 104 did not flush. Someone came to fix it. By the morning, it was the same problem.

The room appeared to be missing some furniture. There was noise from the commercial washers during the night.

The pool water was so cold our grandchildren couldn't even enjoy swimming in the pool. The floor of the shower was so slick that if you didnt put down a towel in the tub, you would slip and fall. During breakfast, the food was being put away while guests were still dining. Staff very nice.

Got in late around 1130 pm...staff very friendly..room was very clean and comfortable..breakfast was fresh and eye appealing..had many choices....kitchen staff extremely friendly. This is a great choice to stay

Horrible. Booked one night while driving to Florida. Booked a handicap accessible roll in shower. Get there after driving 14 hours room is on 3rd floor but by the way the elevator doesn’t work. Anyone see a problem here?

Clean comfortable staff was very helpful in making sure we're comfortable.

Breakfast was good. Everything expected for a breakfast was available. The elevator was out of service and being a senior citizens was hard lugging luggage up two flights of stairs. But cut the hotel some slack,you can’t predict when something will break.

Bed was comfortable I cleaned bathroom and there was something dripped on the bathtub rim. My lysol wipe was dirty when i wiped the bathroom sink counter. The corners of the roo. Were dirty and the walls need repainting and puttied

No towels in the pool area. The pool wasn’t heated. Storage of linens in the fitness room. Elevator wasn’t working.

The hotel was not clean. There were stains. Floors in common areas dirty. Unpleasant cleaning fluid smells in the room. Plastic liners under the pillowcases were odd, uncomfortable, balloon like, and made where slept on them sweaty.

Front desk said because we booked third party and the hotel was full he could not help us …. Unimpressed.
