Shower was nice, walk in with handheld shower head. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was free and very nice with lots of selections. This place has been recently renovated and very nice and clean. Staff was helpful and courteous.

Parking at property greatly appreciated. Large hotel room, great. Only feature that we had a problem with was that the toilets in the bathroom seem kinda low. Otherwise nice property great stay.

Breakfast was great! Good variety eggs, biscuits, and different breakfast meat each day. Also coffee was good and you can make your own waffles. Food staff kept the areas clean and food replenished. The ladies were very friendly from house keeping to the front desk.

I paid for a bath tub extra but didn't get one. They had none available. No bathtub.

I liked the Customer Service, it's always exceptional. Cleanliness and location also played a big part, especially being close to the universities. I didn't like the cost per day of a room. Also, there was only one working elevator at a very busy time with graduations at two major universities in the area.

I reserved the room for the night of 4/11. They showed it as 4/12. I did not stay at the hotel and Expedia refused to refund or credit my $180. Customer service from Expedia was poor. Connected me to a chat bot and never let me speak with a person. Same as theft as far as I'm concerned. A crooked, deceitful way of doing business.

Staff was friendly. Location was good. Far too expensive. Paying as much as we did, we really expected more out of Hampton Inn. Could hear every footstep & noise from the room above us. Beds were uncomfortable & creaked with movement. Toilet was very low. Shampoo dispenser in shower was empty.
