Clean room great breakfast

Most everything went well. The pool was a bit too cool for an old man. It would have been nice if they were able to tidy our room every day instead of every 2 days.

The room was kept very well, cleaned, and had all the amenities needed for a night's stay. Excellent service and good breakfast options.

Enjoyed everything about the property

Was a clean place although disgusting with all the cigarette butts filing the landscaping on the property making it look awful. Water fountains were letting out warm water floors in rooms were very dirty took a couple towels with soap and water and wiped it down.

The daytime receptionist was consistently rude in her communication. My father, who is 77 years old and has hearing and mobility disabilities, tried to inquire about a package he was expecting. When he misunderstood her question and provided his room number instead of the sender’s name, she became irritated and spoke to him in an aggressive manner, displaying poor body language. At the time of checkout, the same receptionist continued her unprofessional behavior. She did not greet me, gave me a frowning look, and simply said, "You are good to go," with a visibly annoyed expression. Overall, the lack of advertised amenities and the unprofessional conduct of the staff made our stay uncomfortable. I hope the management addresses these issues to improve the experience for future guests.

Location and parking lot was convenient The staff did not address my neighbors blasting music and setting off alarms until 3:30am. I called 2 times to complain. The pool users drag water all through the hallways and elevator making it dangerous to walk. They don’t cut the grass for the dog area. The coffee was horrible. It was watered down brown water.

While the hotel was really nice and looked recently renovated we just ran into a few things. I booked a double queen room and we ended up with a king. My friend and I just went with it, we were tired after a long day of traveling. The shower doors would not stay closed when taking a shower, and there was only 1 set of towels. They were happy to give me more at desk.

Went to the pool for a swim but it was too many people and when they came out went straight to side exit I don’t think they even stayed at the hotel!

No complaints. The stay was peaceful and quiet. The comfort of the beds and pillows were 4/10 for my family could be better for others!!
