While the hotel was really nice and looked recently renovated we just ran into a few things. I booked a double queen room and we ended up with a king. My friend and I just went with it, we were tired after a long day of traveling. The shower doors would not stay closed when taking a shower, and there was only 1 set of towels. They were happy to give me more at desk.

Went to the pool for a swim but it was too many people and when they came out went straight to side exit I don’t think they even stayed at the hotel!

No complaints. The stay was peaceful and quiet. The comfort of the beds and pillows were 4/10 for my family could be better for others!!

Great hotel! Target with a Starbucks across the street. Lots of shopping nearby. I slept in so I can’t comment on breakfast :)

Checked in and their computers were down- this went on almost 2 days. You had to be walked to your room as there was no keys. Each time I stay here the service gets worse

Wonderful staff and great place to stay when out of town

Nice clean hotel with friendly and helpful staff with a very good breakfast buffet with eggs, potatoes, waffles, muffins and breads and juices and coffee.

Even with AC on the room was very humid, the bathroom had no vent. The fridges do not keep things cold, even when turned down. At check in they tried to charge us again for the room even though we had already paid for it. They said card was declined however it was not our CC number but the card number used by Hotels.com that was declined. We had receipts and statement showing our CC charge had gone through. So they did not end up charging our card again. To be fair the hotel system was down so sure it had to do with that issue. The hotel staff was very nice. We have stayed at this hotel location multiple times and this is 1st time we had run into issues. (All the fridges that we have had in past do not stay super cold so we are used to that) . The breakfasts are always good here. This is also the 1st time that we have stayed where the room smelled a bit but believe it had to do with the humidity in the room.

There were no microwaves in the room

The front desk at checkout was rude didn’t want to give me a receipt and I paid for a room with a microwave it didn’t have one so all the food i bought before was just obsolete. The cleaning people were lazy didn’t want to change my sheets nobody was even in the room for hours came back the beds were the same as we left them. The mini fridge was broken, the shower door was sliding on its own. I really feel like I was robbed I’ll never go back.

Had a room with two beds booked ahead of time but when I arrived they did not have it available and could only offer me a room with a king sized bed. It worked for the night but I booked ahead for a reason.
