Hampton Inn Chicago Orland Park

Lobby space was great. Disappointed that there was no microwave in the room as stated in the description when the rooms were booked.

The door on my room wouldn’t properly close/lock.

Clean room, defensive front desk. Not sure why.

Upon check-in, I asked if I can have a room with a handicap bathroom. I explained to the clerk that I just had minor knee surgery and can’t stand for a long time. I asked if I can have a bathroom with a bench to sit on in the shower. She looked and looked and said she found one. When I went to my room it was no bench only a tub. I was in so much pain and wanted to lay down didn’t even worry about it. However, I was quite upset about it.

Air conditioner was very loud.. The room was very clean.

only complaint was the AC unit kept turning off also we had it on high & it was at least 90 degrees outside mind you the halls are hot and muggy & but hr blinds have a switch to make it dark but it didn’t work, breakfast was ok not a lot of options

Most important thing to me is always cleanliness which this was clean breakfast was nice staff friendly

It was located near our baseball fields. Breakfast was good.

Myself, my daughter, and my Granddaughter and a family friend flew in from California and were greeted by the staff, very pleasant staff, and I believe the manager as well. They explained to me that we had just missed the worst storm ever in Chicago! However, their pleasantness was so welcoming. The manager even told me to grab some breakfast before I went up to my room because he knew that we were exhausted from that plane ride. I did not know what to expect at this hotel because I usually reserve with Marriott hotels, but Hilton really outdid themselves. Even the ladies that were serving, their breakfast were so kind. And it looked as if it came naturally, although they had a full hotel dealing with concerts, basketball tournaments, and baseball tournaments so kudos to the breakfast staff as well! I will most certainly search for Hilton hotels for my next trip. And because I booked through Hotels.com, I don’t think I earned any points for this visit so this is my honest review. And I almost forgot I love that. There was the option to hook up my own device, so I did bring my Chromecast and that way I was able to watch all of the shows that I wanted to watch and that I had subscribed to at home. Thank you, thank you thank you

The bedding could use an additional pillow top for comfort and the front desk could make a phone call to the guest after check in to see if there is anything they may need.
