Superb

I truly enjoyed my stay, Charles at the front desk was very helpful and the pool was great. Breakfast was prepackaged, and I couldn't get the printer to connect with my computer, but I didn't try very hard. Everyone was friendly and helpful and I felt safe and well taken care of.

I was bumped to a different hotel last minute. I was about to leave for a 3 Hour Dr. to the hotel. I don’t even get a phone call. I see a credit card charge from a different hotel on my credit card so I called the hotel and inform me that the reservation have been transferred over. I called and ask what happened and they said that somebody extended their state and now they can’t accommodate me. I booked this reservation over a month ago and this was very unacceptable.

Susannah and Andrew at the front desk were amazing. The staff here goes above and beyond to ensure you stay is impeccable. This hotel has a great location. The breakfast is decent, but The Pancake House was within walking distance. My only complaint was that the gym could have been bigger. It was safe, clean and very comfortable.

They refused to refund me even tho I needed to cancel my stay.

They upgraded me but There was a roach in the suite which i was using for my bridal suit for my wedding. They didn’t do anything to compensate me for this

All of the windows in the pool area were broken and would not open to ventilate the space. The pool deck was very humid and warm, even without anyone in there. Additionally, the entrance would be much more efficient if a room key fob was installed, versus having to go all the way to the front desk and ask for the attendant to let someone inside.

Pillows, cleanliness and location. Great breakfast! Check in and check out did not go smoothly. Cheap toilet paper. No hooks near shower to hang towels.

Highly recommended and friendly family hotel

Property was clean conveniently located to everything we needed. The property manager didn’t appear to be concerned about the fact the hotel changed my reservation prior to my arrival, without notifying me. I ended up in a single queen room, instead of a king suite. I had to stay cramped in a single room for 4 nights, very uncomfortable.
