Location to USTA for tournament- new and clean The ice option was disgusting. Scooping ice out of a cooler with everyone’s hands in it was gross. Invest in ice machines or at the very least put ice in individual gallon bags for guests so it’s more sanitary. Charge for pet stay was not disclosed online. Never paid a pet fee at other Aloft hotels My TV didn’t work.

I when to the restaurant to get my free cocktail but I couldn’t get it because you have to buy a cocktail in order to get a free one.. overall it’s a nice property.

Great location. Overall, I had a good stay. On the downside, the beds are definitely due for an update; both the mattress and the frame were very squeaky. Additionally, the bathroom fixtures are getting stiff and require some maintenance

Loved it here ! So beautiful and felt so safe and comfortable here… not to mention my favorite parts was how amazing the food is omg ! They have a restaurant in the lobby and everything on that menu was sooo delicious… also loved my room we got the suite so nice and the beddd so soft ! 😍 will definitely be staying here again and again

Conner at the front desk has been extremely helpful. I have to keep changing the length of my stay, and he has been very accommodating. The lobby has a pool table & shuffleboard, and cozy little nooks to sit in. Would definitely stay here again.

Very modern rooms..bluetooth speaker was super nice. Amenities were up to date and everything was clean! Hotel property was beautiful. Will def.stay here again!
