Houskeeping stole money that was in my room

Clean room. Restart staff was awful. Customer service 0. Only one guy Juan Diego made our day better after a very ugly experience the day before at the restaurant.

Good hotel and clean rooms

Loved my stay. Love the staff and valet service. They do have self parking . Had 1 issue with only hot water in shower but called and maintenance came quick to resolve it. Everything you need is available. Close to Orlando airport/ Bright line/ Sea world/ Discovery Cove.

Unfortunately, this stay was disappointing. While checking out and immediately checking back in, a front desk associate insisted I go upstairs for my ID, then motioned for the next guest to come forward, making me feel dismissed. I'm currently pregnant and have been dealing with severe sickness, so this was especially difficult. When I returned, another associate kindly helped me and confirmed my ID wasn't actually needed. The in-room iPad also didn't work despite being reported daily. Four days later, I still couldn't control the lights, shades, temperature, or order room service. Being pregnant, constantly getting up to do everything manually has been exhausting. I also waited over an hour for a bucket of ice. When I called back, the associate apologized and said she was the only one working and had forgotten. Earlier, I called to order food because the iPad wasn't working and was told I'd receive a callback, but I never did. These weren't isolated incidents—they became a pattern. I left this stay feeling unwelcome, which is disappointing because this hotel has so much potential.

Contemporary and fun atmosphere. Our balcony room had a Penthouse feel and cool decor. Out of the way but vibrant young active community vibe with a world-class sculpture garden. Will definitely stay here again!

My husband and I booked a one-night stay at Lake Nona Wave Hotel to celebrate two very special occasions: our first wedding anniversary and my husband’s birthday. I am also pregnant, and the purpose of our stay was simply to relax and enjoy a peaceful night together. Instead, we spent over $302.80 for one of the worst hotel experiences we have ever had. Around midnight, the air conditioning in our room stopped working. We immediately reported the issue through the in-room iPad chat. We were informed that no maintenance technician was available, and the only solution offered was a portable fan. The fan they brought was extremely loud and completely inadequate. It did not solve the problem, and I spent the entire night awake, sweating and uncomfortable. Considering that I am pregnant, this made the experience even more exhausting. What is even more disappointing is that we were never offered another room, despite the fact that the room we paid for was no longer providing one of the most basic amenities any hotel should guarantee: air conditioning. The following morning, the air conditioning was still not working. Instead of offering a refund or another meaningful resolution, the hotel offered us a late checkout until 2:00 p.m. Staying longer in a room without air conditioning was not a benefit. They also offered complimentary transportation home, even though we are local residents and transportation was never the issue. Throughout our conversations, the staff repeatedly apologized and said they wanted to “make it right.” However, they never actually did. No refund. No partial refund. No room change. No future stay. No meaningful compensation whatsoever. An apology without action does not fix a ruined experience. For a hotel that charges over $300 per night, I expected far better service and far better decision-making. A broken air conditioner can happen anywhere.

Very clean and spacious room, front desk staff was very helpful and accommodating. Lobby has great seating and interesting/fun decor with a cute bar and cool sculpture garden outside. Disappointed with the Garni Restaurant. We went for their Sunset Hour happy hour and neither the hostess nor waitress were able to tell us the specials or provide us with a menu of options. Both mentioned they were unfamiliar with the specials, even though the signage about Sunset Hour was in front of the hotel. Our waitress offered to inquire about it and came back to explain that she doesn't usually work during sunset hour shift, so she didn't really have answers for us. We were looking for a quick bite and drinks at the hotel before dinner, so we were disappointed and annoyed that it took so long to get that answer and no one was able to help. The restaurant was almost empty, so we chose to go off property for meals instead.
