Wonderful hotel. Super friendly and helpful staff. Rooms were nice. We would definitely return! Great location.

This is a fantastic hotel, in a lovely area and just a drive from everywhere. Free guest parking for the whole stay right next door to the hotel. Amazing staff made our elopement and birthday surprises amazing.

Very courteous and friendly staff. Rooms were very neat and clean.

The room was beautiful. The beds were definitely comfortable like sleeping on marshmallows. Watching the sun rise from our bed threw the balcony door opened was the gest experience. The staff is very friendly . Shout out to housekeeping they are amazing. Saturday night the lobby is extremely busy with patron for the restaurants & bars they have. Housekeeper came at 8:30am to clean room. A little too early.

The Wave Hotel provided a fabulous weekend getaway for my husband and I!

Size of suite was perfect.

Colorful and clean. Free parking which was safe. Possibly add a few more hotel directional signs.

Excellent all around. Will definitely be at the top of our list for Orlando stays.

Aside from this hotel being just amazing, when we arrived there it was rather early for check-in. The beautiful young lady named Jaelyn at the reception desk greeted us with a sunny smile and asked what brings us here. I told her that I was diagnosed with cancer a year and a half ago and had gone through surgeries and treatments and still going through treatment and this is the first time that I’ve been able to take a short road trip getaway. She was ever so sweet and she said she’s going to put us in a room right away despite it being early and also extend our check-out time. The room was absolutely beautiful with great amenities and an amazing view to the sculpture garden. And then sometime later that day a delivery of beautiful flowers arrived with a lovely welcoming note and well wishes. I was deeply touched by her kindness! It’s people like Jaelyn that are an example of what humanity looks like and that is what is needed more of in our world. We were greatly impressed with this hotel in every way and we definitely plan to stay here during our future visits.

Staff was super helpful! The room was nice and clean, loved the location as well! Definitely will be back!

This is a very new hotel and has amazing facilities. The staff are very attentive and helpful and the food great quality. Would definitely recommend

The hotel itself is beautiful. The lobby and overall décor were very nice, the sculpture garden was a lovely touch, and the gym had great amenities. We didn’t use the pool, so I can’t speak to that. Unfortunately, our experience was significantly impacted by how an issue with our first room was handled. We had just arrived after a 13-hour + international flight and were in town for a funeral. We were only staying for five days and were already exhausted. Shortly after getting settled, we discovered that the toilet in our room would not flush properly and the water continued to rise. Unfortunately, we didn’t realize there was a problem until after the first person used it. The front desk was made aware of the situation, but there was very little sense of urgency in getting it resolved. We ended up having to use the bathroom in the lobby and the second-floor bathroom throughout the first night, which was incredibly inconvenient and frustrating given the circumstances. What made the situation worse was the communication from the staff. We were told that we had turned down an offer to move to another room, which was not true. We were not offered another room until the following day. There was also an issue with staff claiming they had knocked on our door for 20 minutes. When that was questioned, the story changed. At that point, it became very difficult to feel that we were being dealt with honestly. A manager eventually contacted me and offered a cabana by the pool as a gesture of goodwill. Given the circumstances of our trip which the hotel was aware of I found that offer completely inappropriate and disconnected from what we were actually dealing with. Our concern wasn't having a place to sit by the pool; it was having a functioning bathroom and receiving basic consideration and assistance after an exhausting international trip and during an already difficult time for our family. Beautiful property. Everything was perfect. Looking to stay again soon.
