Disney's Contemporary Resort

The room was a good size and was clean. The pool was nice and we enjoyed the slide. The dryers were a little tricky and the ice machine was a little bit of a walk. Not much of a selection in the over priced vending machines.

Really nice stay; 10/10!

Disney just really knows how to do it, definitely want to try the other resorts!

Its 15 min from magical kingdom

Disney at its best! Right in the heart of the magic.

For the price I'm not sure I'd stay again or recommend it to friends. The location is great if you are doing a lot at Magic kingdom, but everything else is 15-20 minutes away. I'm not sure i knew that. The rooms are a bit old seeming and not very big...hard to get luggage open with a family of 4. I think I'd stay at a big lower price hotel next time as I didn't see the advantage of just the monorail to MK. you only get a 30 minute head start from people outside of a deluxe property, and the 7 day head start on lightening passes was not necessary as I was able to get a friend the same ones woth 3 days advance.

Just a great place to stay! Close to the park, excellent food, you name it, this place has it! The staff are just over the top friendly and helpful as well.

Disney's Contemporary Resort is amazing! The facility is clean, warm and inviting. The staff is exceptional at attending to every need. The dining experiences are a delectable delight. There is a wide variety of dining experiences to attract every palate and price range. The activities engage young and old with campfires, a variety of arts and crafts, and pool-side activities. The location is also very close to Magic Kingdom-just a short walk or monorail ride. The bus services to other Disney Parks and Disney Springs make this location ideal. We had a fantastic time at this resort and look forward to future stays!.

When I brought this to their attention, the staff displayed complete negligence and unhelpfulness, refusing to refund the unauthorized charge and blaming third-party channels. It is completely unreasonable to treat guests this way. Zero accountability and terrible service. Proceed with extreme caution!

The hotel is in good condition, but the staff's service is terrible. They never addressed any concerns, and the treatment was awful. I wouldn't return and I don't recommend it.

I really wanted to like this hotel. There are some positives. The location to the Magic Kingdom can't be beat. It was so convenient to be right on the monorail line and have the option to walk to the MK. We ate at the California Grill our first night. Food was delicious and the fireworks viewing was an added bonus. Our server, Walter, was fantastic! Everyone at the restaurant was very friendly. Our interaction with the front desk....not so much. They answered our questions but weren't overly friendly or upbeat in classic Disney fashion. We stayed in the Garden Wing on the first floor with a water view. I was very disappointed at the condition of that building. The carpet was stained and the walls/baseboards needed paint touch up. Our room was large but dated. I got more "motel" vibes than luxury or upscale hotel. The condition of the Garden Wing did not warrant the price we paid for the room. There was no Disney magic. The room was quiet and the beds were comfortable although my husband thought the bed was too soft, but we are used to a fairly firm bed at home. We ate at Steakhouse 71 for breakfast the morning we checked out. Not impressed. It did not give me upscale steakhouse vibes. Seemed more like a classic Disney sit-down restaurant. The food was ok. Our server was very sweet but service was very slow. To be fair, it seemed like she had a lot of tables to serve. I would probably not eat there again but would eat at the California Grill.

Clean room very friendly staff family friendly

We stayed in a garden view room. The check in process was easy. Parking was close to where we were staying. The room was clean and beautifully designed. We were able to park the car at the hotel and walk to the Magic Kingdom within minutes even on check out day! This avoided parking and waiting at the transportation hub to get to the Magic Kingdom entrance. We also had a pass to visit one of the water parks for free on check in day. We would definitely stay again!

Absolutely beautiful room!
