Great place to stay for Epic Universal. Enjoyed the 1 hour pre-opening to the parks and the excellent bus shuttle service to and from the hotel to the Universal parks. The food at the hotel isn't that good, so plan on eating your meals outside the hotel.

We usually have our favorites when we visit Orlando but this time we decided to take a chance on Stella and it was a great experience. They are very attentive to their guests needs. The property was clean and well maintained. The food was great! The restaurants and shops inside the hotel were all very convenient. We would definitely return here for another visit.

Not what i expected

Room was clean and the whole hotel theme was so fun!

The hotel stay was very nice. The only issue was that somehow we were checked out of our room the final evening (not the following morning) so had to go down and resolve at the main desk. The proximity to Epic Universe was probably the best part. The pool was nice and lifeguards were very attentive.

The best part? As a very overprotective mom, I was actually able to relax while my 16-year-old daughter explored the resort, enjoyed the pool, and had fun. Being able to unwind knowing she was safe made the trip even more enjoyable.

Love the location how close it is to Epic, the new addition park of universal Orlando. It takes 5 minutes walking to the park with a walking trail. The bus is very convenience to go all universal parks. The only concern is the parking fee, which is $30 per night. It adds up if you travel with your own car. If you don't have a car, buying food option is limited. You either have to take Uber to eat out or buy food in the hotel coffee, which is off course much more costly.

Corey has great customer service and provided information on all the questions that I had. Overall Stella Nova was very nice and clean

Very friendly staff. Amenities are nice and clean. Our son was sick from the heat going around theme parks all day and was having a headache, resort staff was very thoughtful and provided some soup and drinks to hydrate which was very much appreciated.

Everything was good and hotel was very modern.
-
Everything about the property was on point. We were greeted with Great hospitality, positive vibes, jolly attitude, willing to help in anyway.
-
We paid 400 for 1 night. In comparison the Disney sport resorts are half the price, much more theming and have great walking/running paths. Our trip around Stella nova landed us at the loading docks and behind a locked gate. But we got lots of good sunset photos.

Great stay! The property was beautiful, modern, and very clean. It’s within walking distance of Universal Epic Universe, which made our visit incredibly convenient. One of the best perks was the included one-hour early park admission—it was an amazing bonus and definitely worth it. The hotel also offers plenty of breakfast options, making it easy to start the day. We would definitely stay here again!

Clean and new
-
The cleanliness, the activities, the amenities and how close it was to everything. I do not have any complaints
-
Lovely and new. Nice bedrooms. Lovely big windows. Great reception and pool and lovely pancakes from the cafe, even made us gluten free ones. The pool didn’t open until 9am and there were very strict rules around the pool and in the pool.

We were in town for AAU volleyball and this was a great location to get to OCCC!! Nothing fancy, but very clean and excellent interactions with every staff member we came in contact with. The only thing I didn’t realize when booking was no microwave in the room which would have been helpful but definitely not a deal breaker! The pool area is nice and very well maintained. Would stay here again if in the area.
