Universal's Terra Luna Resort

Just a lovely resort. Family friendly and very clean and well maintained. The food was very good quality with some decent menu options. Great location that is close to Universal Epic Universe. There wasn't a very long wait for the shuttle to and from parks.

The pool, fitness center and food options were outstanding. The staff was so helpful and accommodating. The location was excellent for a tournament at the Orange County convention center. I would definitely return.

Beautiful design, clean cute rooms. Nice pool, pleasant staff. No restaurant, just a dinner with a small menu. Restaurant closes at 10pm, you can only get pizza send to your room after that. We weren't told the hotel only clean the rooms every other day. If you need clean towels you need to request them. Cute place but just an average hotel. Expected more for the price they charge.

Nice and clean. Very easy to get to Epic. Staff super friendly. Great for families with teens.

I thought there would be a few more on-site amenities, but it served its purpose perfectly. The best part? It was not to far from the convention center which that was our main point. As a very overprotective mom, I was actually able to relax while my 16-year-old daughter explored the resort, enjoyed the pool, and had fun. Being able to unwind knowing she was safe made the trip even more enjoyable.

Great for a budget style

The property was absolutely beautiful and the amenities were very accommodating. Staff was friendly and helpful. Parking was convenient but you do have to pay. I included the parking in my reservation once I arrived at the desk. No carpet in the rooms, just rugs underneath the beds. My kind of hotel. Very clean and comfortable.

my only complaint was the shower. not goid water pressure and didnt get that hot.

I loved how all you had to do is txt and they where there with what you needed. ONLY thing I didn't like was it did not offer free breakfast like other Hotels, other than that I liked my stay.

Very clean and nice

I can’t sing enough praise for Universal’s Terra Luna Resort. We stayed 4 days for our daughter’s volleyball tournament. We were able to check in early & they were able to place us close to the laundry facility. Staff was very attentive, knowledgeable, & accommodating. Very well trained! The price is amazing & we loved our nightly view of the fireworks! ✨ We even took a bus to Universal City Walk for a dinner date. We go to a lot of tournaments & Orlando didn’t disappoint. Thank you! 🏐❤️

Staff, clean pool and many food options that we utilized when we were to tired to go out

The room smelled like fabuloso cleaning products. It was so overwhelming I couldn’t stand to be in the room.

Loved the cold water refill station on each floor. Didn’t use but appreciated the shuttle to Universal springs every 20 minutes. Room was immaculate, cafe offerings where reasonably priced and offered a nice variety of food options for breakfast lunch and dinner. They also have fresh scooped ice cream available so we didn’t need to leave the property for that! The gift shop had a nice of variety universal themed items for sale as well.

Great service, everything was clean and the pool with the DJ was amazing. This hotel was the perfect choice for our vacation.
