Staff was nice

Doors to rooms were hard to open and close rooms 103,104.

Very clean & quiet. The staff was very polite, and helpful, AND the breakfast was outstanding!

Was in general dirty , curtains had small holes on them , door lock was half screwed in , rug was disgusting

construction so if you are planning on to stay and sleep in you will be awakedned to pounding uggg

Great front desk. Went out of their way to get me my early check in. Room was fine. They are redoing the entire property. I was in one of the old ones but it was fine.

location of hotel had asked the hotel clerk twice to address the attention of the shower in our room and nothing was done about it

A/C was a bit noisy..only thing wrong.

The hotel is undergoing renovations so we were warned about issues with the water pressure and the fire alarms possibly going off in the middle of the night. Luckily, we did not experience any of those problems!

Hotel is located in Oro Valley which is a 20 minute drive to downtown Tucson but surrounded by nice restaurants and shopping. Very nice area. Would stay there again.

Only thing was noise up stairs. Other then that I would stay there again!

The staff were great and helpful, the room was clean, and the food was good. The shower head needs fixed and the shower filled up and didnt drain well. The bed was EXTREMELY uncomfortable and hard.

The staff accommodating, room clean, breakfast good.

Did not use closet door handle was broken, easy fix

Breakfast was fantastic!! So many choices and even gluten free options. Bathroom was super clean with lots of clean towels. The fridge froze my food which was disappointing bc of my food sensitivities.

Location is great! Ac either had 67 or 60, nothing in between, took stairs down to main floor, construction workers propped one of the outside doors open and was open all night, security????? Tried to go out a side door and it was locked??? Again security?? I understand construction but security should still be maintained.

Great two-day stay here. Place is very clean throughout the facility, room included. Room is spacious with all the normal amenities. Accessible outlets always appreciated! Staff was extremely friendly and helpful from desk to housekeeping. Very good hot breakfasts both days: cheese omelets/scrambled eggs, bagels and muffins, sausage/bacon,very good potatoes, pancake maker, yogurts, oatmeal, toast, cinnamon buns.24/7 tea and coffee. 45 minutes to either Saguaro National Park section, 5 minutes to Catalina State Park, lots of restaurants under 15 minutes minutes (highly recommend The Landing for moderate price and wildflower for more upscale). Absolutely would stay again

Location and friendly staff Hotel would not refund 2nd night stay after first night checkout because they said I booked thru booking.com and booking.com needed to contact them to issue refund. I paid for the rooms at the time of check-in using my own credit card so they could have refunded me the unused amount at the time of checkout. I then contacted booking.com on the booking.com site but no resolution has yet happened for refunding the second night stay which was cancelled. There is no direct way to contact booking.com and I will not be using them again yo book travel.
