Large room, welcome staff. Great value.

Convenient stay for us while looking to purchase a home in the area. Very easy and close parking. Safe area with a few places to eat within walking distance. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. The breakfast is also really good with many choices for children and adults. Front desk is friendly and always available to greet you when coming and going.

Check-in was smooth. The room is nice on the 1st floor. The bed was not so comfortable for me. I could feel the springs. I was watching tv laying on top of the white blanket and felt itchy. Later, when I went to bed under all the covers I was itchy. I scratched so much I had to get up and sleep on the cushion chair with foot rest. Luckily I took my own throw blanket. I mentioned it to the front desk the next morning and they were able to move me to the 2nd floor. It was the same style room, but I slept way better that night. They provide shampoo, conditioner and body wash in big containers in the shower. They have a mini fridge. Microwave. A mini Kiereg with coffee pods. That was good. The tv has hbo. It’s not a smart tv, so there are no apps like Netflix to log into. I had my firestick, but it wouldn’t connect remotely to the wifi and my phone. It may be old tv it didn’t mirror my iPhone either. I tried so many different ways to connect the firestick until I was just over it. The best part of the stay was the breakfast! They have a big selection, tastes fresh and very clean. The dining area sits in a good spot with big windows that allows you to view the pool and big mountains. They are renovating the 3rd floor. It’s still a very nice stay. Especially with other close restaurants around and grocery stores.

Staff The remodeling is due and will make it better. There was no bottled water in the room to make coffee with.

A/C is lacking. Bathroom has no air.

Room was average but fine. A/C does cool the room. No A/C in the bathroom so hot!

Great front desk staff. Decent gym. My room had some maintenance issues (peeling wall paper in bathroom). But overall a solid property and I would stay there again.

Location away from noisy traffic No one told us that time of booking nor at check-in that there was ongoing construction. We were rudely awakened to pounding and banging and hammering on the floor above us as the hotel is doing renovations. It was very annoying and interrupted our intended sleep in. Very disappointed.

Upon checkout, I put luggage and my backpack with my 9 mm in the trunk. Had to go back to the room for the cooler. Came outside with cooler and there was a man trying to open my trunk. He tried to play it off like he mistakenly thought it was his car. His car looked nothing like mine and was parked on the opposite side of the lot.

Staff was outstanding. Hotel was in refurbishment which would have been nice to know before we arrived. Breakfast was amazing and delicious. Pool area needed shade and pool chairs. I realize the hotel was in transition but seriously. Banquet chairs and 0 shade. It was a bit brutal in 103+ temperatures. Rooms were clean and construction disruption minimized

The hotel was under construction during our stay. We were told there would be no construction on the weekends, but they started in with loud saws etc. at 7:15 a.m. Saturday morning. Front desk staff was apologetic and understanding (no manager on site). Due to the construction, one of the rooms we reserved was not available and we are still working to recover the difference that we paid in cost. The manager has not responded to date.

It was clean and the staff was friendly. I didn’t realize when I booked that the property is u undergoing renovations. It didn’t impact my stay much at all, but was a little noisy during the day part of my stay and some messy areas due to construction. I think the renovations are well overdue as the room was well worn and could use some updating. It was fine for the one night I stayed.

Overall property is good and currently at an incredible price. Also very safe and upscale area of town. Property is undergoing extensive renovations and crews started work a little early in the morning for my taste but I would stay here again

They are doing remodeling, so that was annoying. The rooms were okay, definitely not one of the nicer hotels I have stayed at. I will not come back to this location.
