There was not enough food to meet guests needs
-
Pools are not as well kept up as you would think. I was disappointed.
-
Only have us 2 towels, 2 wash clothes, and 1 roll if TP for 3 days and was out of conditioner.
-
I wish there was a better choice or more choices of restaurant and food on the property

The room was dirtier in spots than I would have liked.. there were a few bugs. The pool water was cloudy and had tons of people and children, food being eaten in the pool, balls everywhere.. kind of chaotic and not relaxing as we'd hoped. The adult only pool was small and had some people hanging around it playing music so also not peaceful. Massage was wonderful though and the quesadillas from the pool grill were good.

Great for a staycation

Room ok but the hotel looks dated.

Good

I was disappointed the shower handle came off. Rooms a little dated. Beds too soft. Could use major updates. Staff was wonderful!

When we arrived and we were able to have a drink at the bar at 11 AM, the staff was very kind and friendly! Great job Mikal !
-
There was an “accident” in the main pool, it was closed, no kids allowed in the pool closest to our room, sidewalks are at an angle and not safe for elderly, room was clean but the pools were not.

Henry was our waiter at breakfast and he did a great job. Our pool attendant was fantastic! Fast and attentive. I wish I knew her name. Short black hair with charisma. The muffins at dinner had long hairs in them. And the housekeeper attempted to enter our room regardless of the privacy notice on the door. Thank goodness we had the security lock on. The gift shop employees and manager were fun to engage with. And we enjoyed the flute and pianist.

Great places to stay

We were forced out of our Casita a day earlier due to unplanned maintenance. This would not work for us as a family with a baby and 2 small kids. We needed to cut our vacation short due to this. I was upset as I flew to Arizona from Florida to have this vacation with my family. I was refunded one night but that was all the compensation I received for this major inconvenience.

The room was always clean and all of the staff were amazing!!!
-
The rooms were a little small, especially for the price. The patio door and bathroom door didn’t fully close and had issues latching.
-
Staff was super helpful.

We think the property is nice overall, but we noticed somethings need maintenance upgrades. Our room could have been cleaned a little better. The bathroom door and the light switch wasn't clean. We found crumbs and dust on the floor near the floor light and chair in the corner of the room. There wasn't enough staff near the pool early enough to open the slide, however, once I asked someone, they obliged.
