Great little place just off the interstate. Clean VERY comfortable beds. Pleasant and helpful staff. Will def stay again when seeing concerts in Bangor.

Location for our trip and cleanness of the rooms. We were charged duplicates for the resort fee that we paid already when we reserved the rooms via Booking. When we checked in, the hotel charged us again for all of the three rooms we booked. We informed the front desk to resolve the duplicate charges and was told it would be taken care. But our credit cards still were charged. Have to dispute the charges.

Very clean and nice. A little short staffed at the front desk during check in times. I had no issues checking in but needed a new key card and waited about 15 minutes at the desk while another party was checked in. Not a major issue but just inconvenient.

The staff provided exceptional service. The complimentary fresh soups in the lobby and the availability of ice cream were greatly appreciated. The breakfast offerings, including a variety of breakfast sandwiches and omelets, were excellent. The room accommodations were satisfactory.

It was very comfortable and clean. Very friendly staff. The breakfast wasn’t that great and the breakfast room was very small and crowded.

As always, our #1 place to stay when we are in town.

The young man that checked us in was very helpful and kind. They provided soup and crackers and ice cream in the evening, and a nice breakfast buffet in the morning. The room was huge and the bed very comfortable. The environment was quiet. The ladies at the desk, and cleaning people were also kind and helpful. We would go back!

Every single thing was excellent starting with check in. Amber at the front desk is a master class in customer service. She was exceptional not only in greeting but in helpfulness about activities in the area. Free ice cream bars were offered to us at check in. Getting around this beautiful hotel was very easy with one exception, the secondary door at entry is not automatic even though the outside entry door is. The room was huge and very clean. Breakfast the following morning wasn’t an out of this world experience, but it was free and delicious for what it was so no complaints here. Checkout was very smooth and took just a moment. We enjoyed our stay here. It was a nice hotel with friendly staff. We found the printing station useful. The way the breakfast options were provided as individual meals that could be warmed up was fantastic! Yummy eggs and sausage meal! The room was so nice - huge and very comfy. Wish we'd had more than one night to stay here. Close to plenty of eateries, UMaine, convenience stores, etc.
