Gorgeous historic property on UMaine campus. If you like boutique stays and unique properties- highly recommend! Beautifully designed and repurposed, huge room, huge bathroom, super comfortable beds, floor to ceiling windows. 10/10

Was a nice stay, the hotel and room was clean and the UofM campus was great. Parking is free and stuff was helpful. We will recommend!

University campus is a unique setting but was perfect for our short stay both on our way to our final destination and then again on our way home. Travelling with a toddler , was quiet for early bedtime and easily accessible !

Nice hotel, good value

The room was awesome. The air-conditioning worked great the property was beautiful. I love the location. The staff were super nice. The breakfast was very delicious. The place is just really a great experience. Can’t wait to come back.

When we arrived and saw that the hotel is on the University of Maine campus we were wondering what we were in for. This appears to be a pretty historic building that has been renovated and is now a wonderful hotel in a great location. We stayed two nights and then ventured into Canada for a couple of nights. We liked Hotel Ursa so much that we decided to stay again for a night on our trip back south. It is a very beautiful place and a very comfortable hotel.

Hotel is exceptionally clean, bright and maintained. Comfortable mattress. Excellent front desk staff. We were so impressed by Hotel Ursa on our first time passing through this area, we decided to return 2 weeks later!
