But the carpeting was filthy as well as the swimming pool. We will not be staying there again.

The breakfast selection could have been better.

My room was not cleaned during my stay, despite housekeeping staff cleaning rooms nearby. On one occasion, I ran out of towels and contacted reception, only to be told that I needed to bring my used towels to reception in exchange for clean ones. As a British visitor, I found this unusual and inconsistent with the level of service I expected. I also felt that some staff members could have been more welcoming. Several employees passed by without acknowledging guests, although one member of staff later greeted me warmly. A greater focus on customer service and hospitality training could help ensure that all guests feel valued and welcome. I had originally planned to stay for nine nights but decided to leave after only two nights and move to another hotel for the remainder of my trip. One of the things I value most when travelling is a friendly and welcoming atmosphere, and unfortunately, this was missing during much of my stay. That said, I was pleased that my concerns were eventually addressed where staff bring in some towels after I questioned this and I appreciate the efforts made to resolve the issues . Overall, while the facilities were satisfactory, there is room for improvement in terms of service, communication, and guest experience. What I did not like was the inconsistent level of service and hospitality. My room was not cleaned during my stay, despite housekeeping staff attending to nearby rooms. I also ran out of towels and was asked to bring the used towels to reception in order to receive replacements, which I found inconvenient and unusual. In addition, some staff members did not acknowledge guests when passing by, which made the atmosphere feel less welcoming than expected. As a result of these experiences, I shortened my planned nine-day stay to three days and moved to another hotel. Despite these issues, I appreciate that my concerns were eventually addressed, and I was satisfied with the outcome in the end.

The mattress are a little uncomfortable

* No access over five days to bottled water! Vending machine was out of stock and never refilled. * I needed to add an extra day. I was charged an exorbitant amount! Gouging is NOT ok.

Wonderful place to stay, especially with a dog. Spacious clean hospitable and lots of grass and sidewalk for walking around with shops just across the way.

Location Breakfast hours and poor quality food

I did not need to take advantage of the breakfast, but the person at the counter was nice and allowed me to grab a glass of orange juice past the time. The location is excellent, right by everything. The pool was great! We didn't realize that you need to let them know if you want them to change your sheets -- we were there 3 nights and had the same sheets the whole time.

Our kids & I loved the place!

The room was clean however very dated.I believe I read rustic. If rustic is another wood for dated is is then rustic. Not a $250.00 a night stay.

A cute lobby. This was a very clean and quiet hotel. The staff were very friendly to me. Would highly recommend!

Fast check in, clean, plenty offered for breakfast. Good coffee.

The air conditioning was in adequate for the size of the suite. When checking out I rang the bell at the main desk and no one appeared. I went down for breakfast 15 minutes before closing and there were very few if any at all choices while the staff sat a table waiting to clean up.

Room was very clean and quiet The bed was not very comfortable

Breakfast was subpar, wouldn’t even call it breakfast. Room and shower were dirty and the smell gave me a headache. Bed and pillows were hard as a rock, sauna was used as a storage room, pool was a green blue color, staff was rude and not helpful at all!

Smelly room, dirty bathtub

Staff was less than kind, hotel room was not clean, breakfast not great. The hotel is super outdated overall. We got a deluxe room with a kitchenette and there were no utensils, just overall disappointing. SUPER overpriced if I’m honest.

Very nice room

The hotel was convenient to wear our venue was There was no soap for washing hands one roll of toilet paper and no Kleenex. The breakfast waffle and pancake machine wasn't working either could be a little bit more for a breakfast especially when you have people dancing all day
