Old building but inside was refurbished and nice and clean. comfy beds and pillows. I would have preferred entrance to rooms in side .. not outside.

Receptionist charged 50$ for couple minutes late check out after 11:00am

Very friendly staff, decent breakfast. The workout room is very small and stuffy it is awkward to have more than one person in it at a time. There also was no cleaning service in the room the three days we were there. Would be nice to have every other day.

Breakfast wasn't great but we were pleased with everything else. Had a very quiet and good nights sleep.

Rooms were not as clean, housekeeping staff was not helpful at all, the front desk staff gave us wrong times for when breakfast ends as well. Not happy with our stay at all and we’ll not be coming back.

Jenny at front desk checked us in with a smile. Was friendly and helpful! Our room was clean and easy to get to, The breakfast was very good and Juan made sure to restock any food that was low. When I asked him which pot was decaf coffee he said they are all caffeinated but immediately insisted on brewing a cup for me,

We were upgraded by management to a suite . That was nice. The place was clean, parking good. The only thing they could improve on was breakfast. no decaf coffee and the room coffee maker didn't work. Quality of the food was fair to poor. Otherwise excellent stay.

Very nice stay. Check in was easy, and the room was clean and comfortable. Nice breakfast in the morning, with many options. The staff is always helpful, especially Jenny at the front desk.

The guy in the room next to me ((which connected to my room unfortunately. Though I only booked a single room)) was watching porn at full volume all weekend. Very uncomfortable. There were no amenities like soap or toothbrushes/toothpaste. And we also couldn't get more towels and ended up having to get then from the pool area.

Was not a good experience. The first evening there other guests were loud and management wouldn't do anything about it not trying to relocate us to another room. The GM Tucker was rude and condescending when simply asking for assistance. We were patient and put up with it but seriously considered just relocating for our short stay. We dont often leave negative reviews, especially given things happen that aren't always the hotel's control. But we would have appreciated an effort to help accomodate. The visit was not up to the standards I would have expected for a Best Western. Overall, I would not recommend and might consider another option in the area.
