Very clean and quiet, despite all of the fireworks around town.

comfortable beds, very clean hotel, breakfast was good. Upon arrival later in the evening after a long day of driving, there was a sign on the desk stating they would be right back. I waited about 5 to 10 minutes for someone to show up. I don't have a problem with that, however, when they did, it was two staff members that had been off together when one of them could have stayed at the desk. Otherwise a great stay!

Was ok Well, they didn't let us know the pool was broke down before we got there. So the motel was only booked, so my grandkids could swim, and they didn't get to and the staff they had last night was rude and disrespectful and very not nice to my grandkids. When they were upset that they didn't get to swim. Totally a bummer, they really need better staff.

Rooms were clean and set up very nicely. Staff was pleasant and accommodating, willing to help with anything needed.

This hotel is MORE THAN A 5!!! From the entry in the door you are welcomed....GM gave a complete floor plan of the building, times of services and a great welcome. Our room and bed was so comfortable you could almost call it home! We were only there one night, but look forward to staying there again when in the area

Nice room, high priced for what it is. Sat around for 15 minutes waiting to be checked in while the front desk lady was nowhere to be found and there was no bell or any way to get ahold of anyone.

I always enjoy staying here when I'm in Ottumwa.

Everything was great. I plan to stay here again. The only negative was nobody at the from desk when we checked in for a good 10-15 minutes.

The breakfast was not great. Oatmeal in packets - no bacon - not a great selection
