The room was clean. Had a problem with the TV, and the employee at front desk came to the room immediately and corrected the problem. We would stay here again.

This is our go to hotel when we travel to Iowa. The rooms are always clean, the breakfast is great! And the staff is amazing!

We enjoyed our stay while we were in the town for a night. The coffee in the lobby was pretty good in the breakfast bar. Lots of places to walk near by with our dog.

The breakfast was disgusting. Choices were very limited, or the hot choices were cold & had no flavor. AND these same loud people were ALL OVER the lobby area for breakfast taking up all of the seats, chairs, tables so the rest of the patrons had no place to sit. Even after we found a corner in which to try a few things at breakfast & drink some juice and checked out of this horrible place to stay, these rude people were all STILL there being extremely obnoxious. I would not ever recommend this establishment to anyone. Get some staff who speak English with a backbone to "shut up" patrons who are that rude at a place that is for travelers - these people should have been sent to a bar instead where they could have been as loud as they wanted without disturbing all the other guests. Don't stay here!!!

The rooms are very clean and the staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast is good and always fresh and hot. The hot tub is amazing! When I travel to Iowa this is the place to stay!

It was clean and the staff were all so friendly. The pool and hot tub had too much chlorine in them and dried my skin out but other than that everything was great. We will definitely stay there when we come back.

Not a great area of town. Recommendations should have been for the best western or a hotel in a nicer part of town.
