Staff was nice and room was clean

As I was leaving, I grabbed some coffee and when I took the first sip, it was cold. A little disappointed all the way around.

Room was clean and relatively quiet. Staff was very helpful. Pool was closed and all the treadmills in the fitness center had something wrong with them and wouldn’t turn on..

Was remodeling other than that great needs a little more attention to breakfast

From the initial check in to our check out, the young lady at the front desk could not have been more helpful or friendly. Just who you need checking in tired travelers. Room was clean & comfortable & quiet! . Breakfast had something for everyone in our family. Will stay there again.

Need new mattresses. Need new dining room chairs. Staff very friendly.

Under remodeling. Call directly to locate a room that is finished. We did not and got a room that was reported to only be missing an bedside table. The rest was done. NOT. Missing curtains, the closet had no door or rack to hand clothes., The curtains were missing the dark out curtain, so we had parking lot light beaming in all night!. Dared to check breakfast. Though it was 6:30, the meal looked bare and over warmed. My wife and I did not shower or use anything else in the room, we just left before 7am. Will consider the Holiday Inn Express right next door.

Front desk staff was very friendly both at check in and checking out. Room was very clean and was supplied with sufficient towels and amenities. Only issue was with the blackout curtains which were not hung properly and had a tear in them. Allowed light from the parking lot to filter in. The hotel was being updated at the time of our stay so it's possible the shades simply had not been replaced yet. Hot breakfast was provided which included a nice variety of choices. Staff was very diligent about keeping everything full. Also a self serve coffee and tea bar was conveniently located near front desk and available at all times. Along with a variety of snacks and cold beverages. Hotel location was close to a grocery store, gas station, shopping and several restaurants. Overall very pleasant stay. I would recommend.

Our bathroom wasn’t clean. Used cotton swabs behind the trash can. Hair all over the tub. Pool under construction. Counter lady was nice and helpful when I told her my issues. She said the manager would give me additional points on my account however I have not seen any.

Breakfast was great! Too bad they were in the middle of renovating. Debris and mess everywhere on the main floor. Would have thought they would keep the clutter and mess concentrated on the floor they were remodeling. Staff was great, though, and let my wife keep her shoulder ice wrap in the employee fridge freezer.

Breakfast was good. Bathroom was spacious. The sheer curtain was the only curtain that went across the window. There was a lot of light coming in from the surrounding businesses. There was a lot of heavy footsteps above our room.

The room was a 2-Queen bed w/Accessibility. A 'bit' on the narrow size. Beds were comfortable enough. Breakfast was standard. Dining area was very clean, organized and seemed to be well stocked. Food items left something to be desired. Staff were exceptionally welcoming, and friendly. Location was perfect for shopping, and eateries.

Amazing as most Hamptons are. Would recommend!
