The stay was good only thing that was bad was the power being off

Had only 1 towel no wash clothes and no pillow casses on the pillows. The chair in the room felt like it was gonna fall apart

Very respectful helped with anything I had questions about

It was convenient, clean and staff were very accommodating. The hot tub was great. We really enjoyed our visit. Nothing !!!

They have improved so much over the past several years. We stopped staying there about 5 years ago. I am very happy we tried them again. It’s a nice place, the building is older so it has extra character. We will stay there again

room was dirty, hair in the fridge, sheets dirty, the bathroom had goo coming out the walls, ripped carpet and the windows would not lock, not safe at all. we cancelled our and left!

Bathroom has black mold juice machine is broken kids running all hours of the night and day breakfast was not good windows was nasty at the pool area toilets barley flushed

There was a me+h pipe that fell and shattered when I pulled a towel down and the worker told me they don’t change towels if someone stays and dosent use them and tried to justify there being a drug pipe in the room

They did not have the hot tub or guest laundry. If you needed sheets or towels you was told you already used what they can give. The owner was very rude.

Overnight employee was a prick, no towels or tp in our room, didn't open pool in the morning, hot tub still busted

Room was basic, but clean and well maintained.

It was cheap Vending machine down dirty no elevators the finger condom and trash under the bed the giant hole in the mattress that was tied back together with fabric the stains on the towels the dirty towels lined up down the hall at night no house keeping the cigarette burns in the bed the 6 inch hole in the carpet the chair in the corner that has obviously been ripped on by a cat

The staff helped as much as they could The room was full of the last persons nasty trash I have a picture of rose petals from a previous persons stay under our beds along with under trash that was swept under the bed and blankets. The microwave did not work nor the tv or heat and ac in our room. Only 2 outlets in the room worked the whole stay.

The location was good. There were restaurants near by. There was a smell of marijuana is the hallway and stairway when we came back in the evening.

The staff was very polite and helpful. We will be back!

Door lock was tampered with, they used electrical tape to" fix it"

The toilet and shower sounded really loud when used.
