Exceptional

Another room also didn't have the AC turned on. Third room had AC on and was cold. However, the new room wasn't cleaned well. Trash was on the floor. Long blonde hair on the bathroom counter (I have short black hair). But the thing sent me over was a dying cockroach on the bathroom floor.

The lady who checked us in was awesome. The room we were in had a small hole in the tub about an inch from the bottom up the side. It had a hole in the back of the bathroom door which had a paper towel stuffed in it. The wall next to the mirror had something splattered all over it. There was no hair dryer in the room either. There was splattered toilet paper all over in the ladies bathroom in the pool area. The men's was out of order. My son's room the bathroom door knob was broken so you couldnt shut the door and keep it shut.

There were bedbugs and even after bringing a pillow with one on it the employee said they have an exterminator that will decide if there’s bugs there… I brought them to him and videos and pictures and bug bites… no refund… smh

it was okay for continental breakfast. Should have individual cartons of milk like whole, 2%, and skim. Provide different grades of milk in individual cartons

The front desk staff was very nice and helpful with whatever I needed at anytime The room I stayed in with my kids it had a really extra small mini fridge and the handle was broken on it the toilet made a really high pitched noise when flushing it also the tissue box was empty an not refilled and the toilet paper before I got to the room also the pool and hot tub I think could use a good cleaning the breakfast was ok the first day but then the second day they didn't have biscuits and gravy an a couple other things also they didn't have juice which my kids were looking forward to having the biscuits and gravy and juice...

The stay was good only thing that was bad was the power being off

Had only 1 towel no wash clothes and no pillow casses on the pillows. The chair in the room felt like it was gonna fall apart

The pool me an my kids enjoyed swimming an having fun together the hot tub would have been better if the jets worked the room was comfortable an plenty of room!!!

It was convenient, clean and staff were very accommodating. The hot tub was great. We really enjoyed our visit. Nothing !!!

They have improved so much over the past several years. We stopped staying there about 5 years ago. I am very happy we tried them again. It’s a nice place, the building is older so it has extra character. We will stay there again
