WHEN I GOT THERE, THERE WAS NO ROOM AVAILABLE, AND THE TWO OPTIONAL ROOMS HE GAVE ME, ONE HAD NOT BEEN CLEANED (BED UNMADE), AND THE OTHER ROOM HAD SUITCASES IN IT. THE LOBBY SMELLED, AND THE PROPERTY OUTSIDE IS RUNDOWN, CHIPPING CONCRETE, AND RUSTED STAIRS. I HAVE NEVER GIVEN A NEGATIVE REVIEW ANYWHERE, AND EXTENDED STAY NEEDS TO KNOW. I GOT MY MONEY BACK. The clerk spoke enough English to help me. AND HONESTLY THAT IS ALL GOOD I CAN SAY BOUT THIS EXPERIENCE.

Never been to a hotel that had zero amenities. In fact you had to pay for wifi

The worst place I have ever stayed. Dirty, poorly maintained and just sad...

I was only able to stay at this property but the staff was amazing and friendly. But their property is not their fault of how run down the place is. I was only able to stay 1 hour and that was to see if I could be reasonable to air out the non-smoking room from the horrible toxic smell of cigarrets. I had to leave bc I had to children with me and my throat started to close up. Staff tried to downgrade me from a king to queen and that room was worst. The pictures on the internet are false. This place is truly run down. People dont care about the non-smoking room. They need to purify the spaces. Upgrades needed bad or they have an owner who truly doesnt care about his property.

The location was good and the price was right. I have two complaints: 1)My room number was #124, that floor had not been moped in, as my mother would say, "Months and Sundays." It was filthy. We actually went to Walmart, purchased a mop and cleaners to mop it ourselves. We had to mop it twice. Our shoes and socks were sticking to the floor. 2) We had to slam the door in order for it to close. I know it disturbed the people in the rooms next to us, because it disturbed me. Then after about 3 days of slamming it, it did not want to close, so we had to resort to picking up on the door to get it to close. We reported it, so hopefully the issue will be resolved prior to the next occupants.

It was a good price and the area was nice but they can take care of the outside a little better.

Location Room 259 studio room. The floors underneath the bed and dresser were filthy with dust balls and dirt and random items plus a hole in the floor. Clearly had not been cleaned in a very long time. Spider on bathroom floor one morning. Could only get hot water from bathroom sink as the turn on handle was stuck in one direction. The water spout in the shower was very loose and seemed like it would fall off when you pulled the lever for the shower. Description of room said coffee pot, and all kitchenware provided. There was nothing in the kitchenette cupboards. I had to go to the front desk and request what we needed and carry it myself to the room. The coffee pot was not clean and there was a filter of used coffee grounds in it still. The lady at the front desk seemed put out that I was asking for these items. She told me they don’t provide room service at all. Maybe that’s why she gave me a used coffee pot, not clean. Even to save money in the future for a motel, I would not stay at this particular location and not recommend it. Sorry no photos as I’ve never stayed in a room this way and didn’t think to take any.

Absolutely nothing The room was not clean at all. Also no accomodations were offered despite them being advised of my arrival time.
-
The property was not well maintained No room service. Trash was not collected and room was not cleaned on second nights. No new towels. Bed was uncomfortable.
-
Desk lady was nice. The room was not clean
-
The kitchen floor was sticky. The sink had something in it from previous occupants .

Staff was welcoming and friendly, check in was easy. Rooms were nice and equip with a kitchen. Pet friendly. Would stay again.
-
That the staffing isn’t pushing about things will make you feel comfortable. The smoking area and how so many people smoke cancer sticks but other than that it’s great.

When I got to my room the door was open. And I had to slam the door to get it to shut. It looked like it had been kick open before but instead replacing to door they just tried to make that one work
